First understand that I am writing this as a preferred member who pays for the privilege of parking here and using the Valet service. Nevertheless I will never use this privilege again because WallyPark cannot and will not protect your car, and does not care in the least about any damage done to your vehicle on their premises.

In November 2012 I parked here and returned from a trip to find a nail embedded into the tire of my SUV. I went to the dealership and paid for a brand new tire. Since I could not absolutely say for sure that the tire damage as the result of parking at Wally Park, I did not say anything.

A month later, in December 2012, I again used the Valet service at Wally Park. This time I actually inspected my tires upon leaving the car, joking with my children about the likelihood that I would get a nail in my tires (I never in a million years actually thought that it would possibly happen again, it was just a joke). When I returned from this second trip the kids and I examined the tires (continuing our joke) and lo-and-behold there was another nail (a screw actually, and figuratively) in the same tire I had just replaced.

This time I was angry and I pointed it out to the on-site manger and filled out a claim. I again had to replace my tire. Wally Park denied the claim saying that they are not "in any way negligent or responsible for this damage."

They clearly have a problem with vandals leaving nails in the tires of vehicles that are parked here, particularly through their Valet service, and are unwilling to do anything about it. If you wish to pay for the privilege of parking here, with a generous tip, as I previously did, and then having to pay to replace your tires -- then by all means please do. I will take my business to a similar or more inexpensive lot where my vehicle and tires are kept safe.

We left our car there during our vacation in October 2008. We almost did not park there because we could not find any self-parking covered spaces within the facility and didn't want to leave the car exposed on the roof for the 2-1/2 weeks we would be gone. When I told the attendant I wanted to leave to go to another parking facility and why, he talked me into staying by representing that he would valet park the car for self-parking rates. Well, when we left the car was clean and when we picked it up it was filthy. Clearly it had been parked on the roof the entire time we were gone; there is no doubt about it given the dust and dirt it was covered in and the run marks from the overnight dew and drizzle. WallyPark was unapologetic and refused to give us any price break for lousy service. We will never park there again.

Car was vandalized there. No returned phone calls or e-mails. Manager in the office laughed and said it was park at your own risk and said there are no security cameras as advertised. Roll the dice. We are now out of pocket for the repairs much more than we saved there!!

I don't think those guys who complained parked at LAX. LAX WallyPark is beyond wonderful. They have WallyPads in between each car so they just cannot get dings. I have parked their for years and have never had one problem. The people are wonderful and I would never go anywhere else. These folks are excellent in everything they do. They go the extra mile and I am suspicious of those guys who complained.

I parked my car using the Valet service, silly me I thought it would cover me from damages. I returned from my trip and there was damage. Filed a claim and was denied stating the damage was noted prior to dropping off the vehicle. This is an out right lie. My 2006 Dodge Stratus is in immaculate shape, it should be I just bought it from a dealer 2weeks prior. They lie and cheat. Save yourself the hassle park somewhere else.

I used to use Wally Park all the time when I traveled on business monthly out of LAX. It was pricey but I figured their car wash service made it convenient for me to come back to a clean car. On my last trip, I picked up my car from their valet service to find a dent in one of the doors. The manager could not find any record of it on the inspection form when the car was brought in (because it obviously wasn't there!) I filed a claim which was rejected by Wally Park because they said they didn't do it. Phone calls back to them went unanswered. Letters and emails went unanswered. This business will be nice to you until something goes wrong. That's when the true nature of a company comes to light. DO NOT TRUST WALLY PARK to take care of you when something happens to your car.I usually don't like to leave bad blood on reviews, but I feel a personal responsibility to share my story with other LAX parkers. It's not so much about the damage more than the time spent and the aggravation, and my time that will now have to be wasted in small claims. I have never been so maliciously and deliberately harmed by a business who took no accountability for their actions. If you continue to park at Wally Park, do so at your own risk.

My boss LOVES to park here but I HATE it. Unless you valet your car, you have to go all the way up to the rooftop driving up that really narrow spiral concrete lanes, so to speak. When the shuttle comes from the opposite direction, it's sort of scary because I feel there is not enough room for both of us to pass! Then you have to come all the way down and wait for the shuttle. I wasn't as lucky as other reviewers in waiting at the curb, either. I called, waited and waited and they took forever. If you have extra bucks and are lazy, you can have your car washed and waiting when you return. I give them credit for taking AAA card but that's about all the positive I can say about Wally Park. Long term parking gets VERY pricey.

Although not the closest lot to LAX, WallyPark is a great place nonetheless to park for long or short term hauls. There are shuttles that leave all the time (one is usually at my car before I get my luggage out!) and the staff is very friendly. WallyPark is located very close to the airport and it takes no time at all to reach your terminal. Conversely, they are always circling the airport when you return. Although you are given a number to call, I never have had to because I merely go out to the assigned curb and a WallyPark shuttle arrives in no time. There is ample parking - I've never been denied a space. And they take the AAA card. I have also found coupons for WallyPark on the internet as well so a little pre-trip planning can save you money. For big spenders, you can park with the bumper guards that protect your car and have your car washed and gassed before you return.

great airport parking, I've been parking here for years. Easy in and out, shuttles every five minutes or less. Valet or Self parking, covered or roof.

"PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK.! My car was robbed here. To make add to the that the staff seemed not at all surprised that this happened. No one offered to help at all. I asked for a customer service form at was told they didn't have any. The also told me that I owed 97.00 for parking there. So I paid nearly 100.00 to robbed and treated like trash. I sent a letter the owners which was never acknowledged. I asked if I could look at the tapes as they have lots of cameras on site and I was told the cameras don't work. HORRIBLE PLACE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

WallyPark is not just a parking spot..they treat you like you are 'somebody'! After a long business trip I always feel uplifted when I get off of their clean shuttle and my car is sparking clean and waiting for me. The employees are friendly and eager to please. Don't go anywhere else. The shuttles run every 5 minutes and it is only 3 minutes from the Airport. It is the 'Ritz Carlton' of parking and they have 'Wallygards' in between each car so your car won't get dinged. Check it out.
