I took my car to this place because it was starting but the engine wouldnt turn. I was told that my car's (2001 Nissan Sentra's) internal computer was burnt out and that the problem was electrical. They said they couldnt tell me what the problem was, and that they dont do electrical... then they said I needed to take my vehicle next door to the electricians that "they trust", so they could work on it at an hourly rate, he said it might be around $500... I declined... their diagnostic cost me $65 and they assured me they checked the spark plugs and everything and couldnt find the problem... I waited to take my car somewhere else, because I feared it would be a huge amount of money to fix... for a month I had to borrow my boyfriends car. Finally I took my car to Allard in Tustin and they said it was just some liquid in the engine, the spark plugs needed to be cleaned etc... this whole thing costed $160. I called All Pro to complain about their lying diagnostic and hopefully get my money back... they said the guy who gave me that information no longer works there... but two people there gave me false information as well. The manager John wasnt in, so I left my number, I will update you if they pay me back or even call back. You know Im a smart woman and I overlooked the fact that they continued to speak to my boyfriend about MY car, but to have them also lie... you know they are lying when there is fear in their voice when you tell them you want to get a second opinion. I had used them before but will tell everyone I know about this experience now.
