I entered the store at Yakety Yak and needed my Sidekick 3 Dwade repaired due to the scroller ball not working. They had it fixed within minutes and they even took the time to help me login in to my T-mobile account. Then they showed me how to use AOL instant messanger on my phone. I was amazed at the level of experise and customer service. I will never go to another wireless store ever again. You guys get an A+ in my book.

I bought 3 cellphones from 24/7 wireless in H.B. that had bad batteries. I could not believe that a business would sell faulty products. I then went to 24/7 wireless to have the problem fixed, and the lady told me i must have dropped them in water. I then said i just bought them yesterday, and how could I have dropped all 3 phones in water at the same time. Her response was ''It Happens!'' I then went to Yakety Yak to buy batteries for my phones. I had to special order them, but at least Troy (owner) had one for my main phone. The battery he gave to me was from his personal phone. Thats what I'am talking about ''Service'' from the best in H.B.! I told Troy what a good ol boy! He then said the battery is just a loaner so don't drop the phone in water from now until your batteries arrive! I laughed!

Awesome service and pricing on accessories. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE WITH A SMILE! I will never go anywhere else for wireless service. I have gone to a lot of the wireless stores in HB and none of them give you service that you get here. My service with a carrier was horrible and they showed me how it benefits me to switch over to Verizon Wireless. I had 3 lines with Sprint PCS which I canceled my contract in order to switch. They gave me huge discounts on the phones and the accessories. I will recommend this store if you want to get the kind of service you would expect. I didn't know how to use my Treo 700p so they showed me how to use until I decided to change it to a Treo 700wx. My wife got the Audio 6700 and she hated the phone so they showed us how to fix any errors we had on the phone.

These guys are awesome. I went into the location and wanted to unlock my Cingular service but instead they showed me the value in switching to T-MOBILE. They have an excellent service team and are experienced in the wireless industry. I will never go anywhere else to get wireless service. Yakety Yak HB is where its at!! I left feeling that I was treated like part of their family. The employee's at the store are very pleasant. They are a wireless superstore that supports three carriers to service all of your needs.

Prices are very competitive and these guys got it all together....They have over 8 years in wireless business and they do not need any polishing. I was searching for a place to fix my phone. Well I walked into Yakety Yak store, while stopping by 711 and talked to the owner and found out that they had a good selection of new and used phones and also had a technician who could repair my phone. They gave me some advice on different ways that they could fix the phone when I told them had happened. They could of tried to sell me a new phone but instead they fixed it for a reasonable amount... I didn't even need to buy a new phone and they were able to fix it for a great price! I give them high marks just for that.
