Disappointed with level of care. Dr. Davidow seemed to want to rack up doctor visits rather than help me as a patient. In addition, the doctor himself looks extremely unhealthy. I think this would fall under the same logic of "don't trust a skinny cook". Don't trust a doctor that looks sickly.

My father used to be one of Dr. Davidow's patients until he changed locations and it was no longer convenient for him so when I moved back to Houston and found Dr. Davidow listed on my insurance I started seeing him. Dr. Davidow is an outstanding doctor. He listens, he takes time with each patient, he cares about his patients personally, he is available, and he explains things in a way that is understandable and comfortable to you. I have never gotten such great care or attention from any other doctor. Dr. Davidow trusts his instincts in his diagnoses. Dr. Davidow is very careful not to over medicate his patients. Dr. Davidow is very intelligent. I could not give him higher recommendations.

I have been going to Dr. Davidow for several years now. He is a great listener! He also thoroughly explains his diagnosis and treatment decisions. He even draws pictures to help explain what he is talking about. It never takes more than a few days to get in to see him. There is plenty of parking outside the building. Be careful, the office does not take credit or debit cards! Cash or check only! All in all, he's a great doctor who has earned my trust. Even though I live in Pearland, I continue to make the drive to see Dr. Davidow!

I see Allison Davidow and I think she is the most thorough general practioner I've ever seen. The practice is small, just her and her dad, and I never have a long wait and can always get in, usually on the same day I call. Dr. Allison Davidow spends time asking you questions and trying to make the best diagnosis. I highly recommend her. She is very caring and makes all her patients feel at ease.
