AVOID YA YA LIKE THE PLAGUE

The fraudulent business practices of Ya YA Creations ranks them among the scum of the internet. It was my experience this last July 18th, to lend a helping hand to my older sister, with a wedding thrown for her daughter and my niece. I arrived a day before the wedding to help with preparations for the reception. What I found was a mad and unnecessary dash to beat the clock, as my sister had to make a last minute purchase of 25 replacement table clothes which would need ironing all a result of Ya YA Creations failure to ship what they promised. Now mistakes are made, it is not uncommon to order one thing and receive something entirely different, quite by accident. However, this was not a case of mistaken order identity. My sister ordered a single tablecloth in March of this year so that she could examine its quality. Because that tablecloth was in new and acceptable condition, she put in the full order. What she received appeared to be 25 used table clothes, nearly all of them stained by something appearing to be grease and possibly rust based. It was unclear as to whether the stains were the result of prior use or a problem in manufacturing and/or packaging. Ya Ya Creations mistake in shipment, lousy customer service and dishonest response was absolutely appalling. Adding to the frustration was the need to iron the replacement table clothes purchased, last minute, at various Walmart stores. I personally ironed many of the replacement tablecloths until after three in the morning on the day of the wedding. Ultimately, at issue here is the despicable response of Ya YA Creations in their attempt to paint themselves as the victim in this case. Frankly it makes me sick, because they know how maliciously dishonest they are being, yet they have attempted to get away with it. After lodging her initial complaint with Ya Ya Creations, my sister was told that they felt she had used them, but if she was to return them, she would be reimbursed for their cost. The fact is, of course, that she did not use them, but returned them in the same condition they arrived in. When Ya YA Creations received the merchandise back, they then refused to reimburse her, claiming that she had used them. This is all very interesting, because at this point they had possession of the tablecloths rendering her unable to prove to anyone their condition. So she is now out the cost of the tablecloths, $227.20 and the shipping cost of $40. Ya Ya Creations bogus claim can not be proven, and there are several witnesses that can and are attesting to the condition of the merchandise when it arrived. The BBB now has an open case with this horrible excuse for a company, and many of us will be lodging separate complaints on appropriate web pages like this one. Interestingly, there already exists on various sites, enough ammunition to alert the public, but we can not help but add fuel to the fire that will hopefully keep the consumer away from Ya Ya altogether. This kind of consumer abuse has risen to new heights with the advent of the internet. Precedent needs to be established, because thievery via the internet highway is no less robbery than thievery on our streets.

Ya Ya Creations is TERRIBLE SERVICE/PRODUCTS

I Purchased the beautiful dove goblet glasses for my wedding this Nov 2009. They arrived completely shattered and without a return packing slip.I found a number and address for them in California and attempted for 3 hours to talk to someone..anyone..keep getting recordings to push several different numbers to get me to exchanges and returns..when i finally got there i get a recording saying they have 24hr live chat people and to push 9 to hold. when u do that it takes u right back to the beginning of the recording ..I am very upset over this. i also ordered a guestbook with pen and received only the pen part without the pen and no guest book. i now have to go shopping for all the things i already paid and ordered here that wasnt what they stated it was...PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...

I ordered a 7 tier wedding cake stand for my niece's wedding last week. I live in Idaho where I have a bakery and make over 100 cakes a week. My niece lives in California. I had them ship the wedding cake stand to her house because I live in another state and was not going to be there in time in case they needed to be sent back and new ones ordered.I was setting the wedding cake up and found that the stand holding the largest cake was twisted and would not stay flat on the table. The tubes holding the plates would not fit and the stands would wobble. We needed several people to be at the cake table holding on to the stands so the cake would not fall.I was so sorry for my niece and her wedding cake. We were feeding 350 people and all the time we were praying the cake would hold up for pictures. I would not buy from this company again. They have not answered my phone calls nor have made an effort to contact me back.The stand if made right would have been worth the money...but the poor quality and the hassle was not worth it. I would have paid 3X the money for having a cake I did not have to baby sit all day.

Ya Ya Creations - Wonderful Experience

I ordered 10 candle holder centerpieces. The centerpiece had a glass vase holder which was poorly placed in bubble wrap inside the individual box. Three of the vases were broken, and while three other vases had slipped out of the bubble wrap and were laying against the metal holder, they did not break.I immediately informed efavormart (Ya Ya creations) using their live chat. They immediately sent out 3 replacement candle holders (packed much more securely). So my experience has been positive. The price was perfect, the shipment(s) arrived in a timely matter and the centerpieces are gorgeous.

Ya Ya Creations is not worth the trouble.

Absolutely not worth it. Their system was down when I tried to order and said "try again later" I did not have time to try later as I needed the linens quickly. I ordered from a much better company for less and didn't worry about it. That following Monday I noticed my funds were low. After checking my email I found they had gone ahead and put my order through 12 hours after I attempted to place it. I immediately contacted them (no phone #) and was told the order had been shipped and it was my responsibility to reject it. After finally rejecting it. I contacted them again 4 days after they received the returned package. I then spent a half an hour talking to them and found that they would not refund my shipping. I explained that I did not authorize them to place the charges after the error on their system came up and that I expected a full refund. After many typos, poor grammar, and not getting a manager on their part I finally got the refund only by threatening to hire a lawyer, which I would have done. Terrible customer service!!! Also, I previously ordered some napkins from them and be forewarned, they are not white, they are ivory.

I needed some last minute personalized ribbons, I did pay extra for the rush service, and indeed it was rushed for me. Bought it Thursday morning, had it in my hands Friday morning, amazing. It's too bad I didn't find them earlier, even with all the rush costs, it was still much cheaper to buy it from them then anywhere else. I don't know where all these bad reviews come from, their live chat is very easy to use and fast, no wait at all. I didn't expect to get any customer service with the prices they were giving. Definitely buy again.

Cheap crap--buyers beware!

I bought a seven tier cake stand from YaYa. As the baker put the cakes on the stands (fortunately at the bakery!), the support column sockets failed one by one within minutes. Had the baker not been right there, all of the wedding cake would have been in the floor. This baker had a similar looking, heavier built set of stands and the day was saved!

Always the same answer..you get what you pay for!

There are loads of sites that sell artificial flowers. But those all have shipping & handling costs that are at least 3x more than the flowers - unless you buy $99 worth. We are all looking for bargains. If you want the best, you pay for it -out the nose! Obviously those complaining were only thinking of saving money when they ordered, which is exactly why they picked YA YA Creations. And then you are so surprised that the service isn't 5 star, etc etc.
Those services cost money and the lack of those services enable those of us in the low income bracket to purchase quite beautiful artificial flowers, without paying $20 for one little hydrangea bush.

I saw no sign of them making false promises, nothing. They offered a product at a price and you decided to pay it, then pay yourself on the back at the "great deal" you made. Then complain because this was wrong, or that was wrong.

I am overjoyed with my order. I would never order a huge amount from a new company I'd never done business with anyway. So I paid for my bush, paid the $6 shipping - not $20 shipping, and will certainly order again.

If you are looking for fabulous flower arrangements, I've seen them for $50 for one small bouquet. Perhaps that is where you should be looking as well.

Complete rip-off - buyers beware!

I purchased an item through this company for my wedding, and what I received was unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, their return policy is even worse: they will not refund the shipping costs for either the initial mailing OR the return, and "customer service" consists of an online chat room.

What a waste. I will never purchase from this store again.

Do not order from this place - the most bogus customer service I've ever dealt with - confirmed with me that I could return items that did not match the color on line for a refund, then run around, run around to follow after the items were returned. Stated they credited my bankcard, but did not; then claimed to have made an error and would only give me a store credit because my request for refund was more than 30 days even though they okay-ed it for return and refund, and the delay was due to their delay in responding to my inquiry. I am currently using a consumer advocacy group to help me with this. Do not buy from this vendor - worst business I've ever worked with.

Orders and Returns

I have placed three large orders with YaYa (efavormart). One order had items missing in the shipment. The shipping package indicated that I received 1 of 2 packages. I contacted efavormart and a new package was shipped immediately. On another order, I found a stain on a bolt of fabric. I contacted efavormart and they offered to refund my money or replace the bolt. Their prices are low. Their organza fabric has proved to be durable. Flowers and greenery are not professional quality, but they have worked for what I needed them for. Don't be afraid to order from efavormart. I think that they have treated me right! I will continue to place orders for $200-$400, because the price is right and the service has been appropriate.

Ya Ya Creations AKA Efavormart, has the most effective customer avoidance system I have seen in 40 years of business. They stole my online payment then sent no product and then proceeded to run me around via email refusing to give the true phone number or address Thieves and liars is what you can expect to find here. Do not order from this company!!!! This is the worst example of a business that I have ever seen! I had ordered some candles for my wedding and after taking 4 months to get to me they sent me the wrong ones! After sending literally a dozen e-mails they sent me a label to send them back for a refund but to my much already disappointment in the company they didn't give me all my money back! Why did I not get a full refund when it was this company that sent me the wrong ones in the first place! I've done the on-line chat since this joke of a company has no phone number and they are NO help! It makes me sick that they take advantage if brides like this!

Dissatisfied customer NEVER ORDER FROM EFAVORMART OR YAYA CREATIONS

I ordered a cupcake stand, favor boxes, and monogrammed ribbon to wrap around the favor boxes. The ribbon was supposed to be precut, which it was not, when I attempted to wrap the ribbon around the box it was not long enough, and the lettering rubbed off. When I got in touch with the company, through an Internet chat, I was told that I must have handled the ribbon roughly, and that the ribbon shouldn't be considered high quality, because of the cheap price I paid. They said monogrammed items cant be returned, would not let me speak with a manager and terminated the conversation before I was finished speaking. I again initiated an Internet chat, finally they said a new batch of plain navy ribbon would be sent soon. When I asked what soon meant I got no response. Finally after wasting an hour of my life, I was given a ups tracking # for the ribbon which should be here between 2-3 days. I wont hold my breath. The customer service left much to be desired, I was completed shocked by how I was treated. Please tell anyone and everyone you know not to do"business" with these people. I italicize business, because its more of a scam than a business

This is not a legit company. No telephone number to reach the company. I ordered some napkins for my parents 50th wedding anniversary party. There were mistakes in the printing and the napkins were really cheap. No help in getting any resolution. DO NOT order from this so called company.

Order came in less than 2 Days!

I ordered some hard-to-find ribbon from them on a Saturday, and it was in my mailbox in Tuesday (CA to TX). Not only am I totally satisfied with the product, but totally blown away by their fast service. The prices were VERY reasonable ($3.29 for 25 yards of ribbon that normally I get 10 Yards for at Hobby Lobby for $3.99). I only wish I would have ordered more since they have flat rate shipping.

Really sorry for others with the bad experience, but I had no problems!

Poor Customer Service

I ordered some ribbons from this company and their prices were awesome, but when I received the ribbon, one of the colors was off, when I tried to inquire about exchanging for the proper color I was never able to get to a live person! There is no number to call, and they tell you via email just to order what you wanted, have it shipped and then send back what you didn't want. Well, I had a problem with that for 2 reasons, one that means I would be paying shipping on what I didn't want twice, and I already DID order what I wanted but their idea of purple and my idea of purple are two different things! The funny thing is I ordered two different styles of 'purple' ribbon and one of them was perfect but you would thing they supposedly being the same color would actually be the same color but the other ribbon was closer to a fuchia than a purple! After several emails back and forthe I just gave up and kept the other ribbon. My suggestion is be sure it's what you want, while the prices are great, so it might be worth it to take a chance, be warned!!

Bad quality.....DO NOT ORDER....there are other places

I order products all the time on the Internet and I have never been so very disappointed with the quality and font style of the cocktail napkins I just received, produced by Ya Ya Creations. I ordered three initials in red. I got three horrible font initials in red (I've never seen this font) on very cheap quality paper. I'm so very disappointed in the product. When I emailed efavormart.com to tell them about the workmanship, I was told they couldn't help me b/c it is personalized.

Cake Topper

I ordered the rindstone cake topper. Two of the three were very scratched. I have tried for 2 weeks to get in touch with the to no avail. UNSATISFIED and they have not even tried to fix the problem.

I have tired for 7 days now to get in contact with someone I have emailed, called a number that was on the yaya creations website and noone has contacted me and the wedding is 12 days away. I actually found this company off of Ebay. I bought some wedding items ( candle votives, rose petals Etc) from him. I went to pick it up and saw his warehouse. I was very satisfied with my purchase. I got a great deal, the prices were great!
