If I could gave them 0 stars I would
the sent me ribbons with the wrong spelling and it was their fault as even on the receit it showed that I wrote it correctly
They have the worst customer service ever. They do not even try to resolve your issue but would rather ignore you when you chat with them.
I will never order again with them and I advice anyone to be aware of that very bad company

Received napkins for my wedding last week. They white embossing is so faint that it is almost the same color as the beige napkins. Also, the packaging that they came in, the napkins were all shifted and bent on the bottom and the edges. I contacted customer support and they told me to iron them or put a book on the ones that were bent for 24 hours. I asked them to redo them and they said, no, as they were personalized. Then they offered me a 20% discount. Again, I asked to have them redone and they refused. As Clark Howard says "Customer No Service".

Ordered personalized napkins. Ink color was wrong, printing quality was poor. Looked like it was printed by a child. Very inconsistant with some letters not fully formed.
Customer service person offered no assistance indicating personalized items are not refundable even if they made the error.
I am turning this over to my credit card company

And I must day, that finding YaYa Creations/eFavormart.com made my life easier when it comes to finding new ways to wow my close friends and guests. I ordered pintuck table runners and napkins and they were so gorgeous. Not only was it a cheap order but also arrived faster than expected. And the quality of the fabric is just splendid!

All the reviews I read are terrible and in some matter the 50 chance of what could be expected, but guess what? I didn't even order with them!!!! I submitted an order with linentablecloth to check on some tablecloths for my dad's 60th birthday party and after making sure they didn't fade or rip in the washer or drier I order the rest on July 1st, 2011. I ident get charged until the 5th from the unknown -to me- company of yayas (check your statements guys the phone appears there). So now on top of bad business they also are in the hacking business!!! Since the party is in 4 days we were thinking of keeping the tablecloths when they came in. Of course by the experiences reported here I will submit a complaint with consumer agencies and my bank to reverse the charge and file a complaint for fraudulent charges...too bad there is not a negative star

I really WISH that I would have reviewed the comments on this site before ordering tablecloths!

My fiancee and I ordered 5 ROUND chocolate brown satin tabelcloths for our upcoming wedding; 2 x 90" and 3 x 108". Relatively simple, right? WRONG! In their first attempt, they shipped me two rolls of shear organza, teal/gray, each roll 58" x 40 yards. Not at all what I ordered. And because they don't have a phone contact number (obviously a cowardly way of distancing themselves from irate customers), I had to go through the chat. So 45 minutes later, and my tablescloths are on their way again. Hooray!

I get them yesterday, and open the package to find 5 chocolate brown satin tablecloths; check! Only three of them are round, the other two are RECTANGLE! I mean how difficult is this? 5 round tablecloths; two attempts and two failures. They seem to have a staff of monkeys randomly adding deviations of customer orders!

I haven't experice 3 times a charm in a long time, but I'm not holding my breath with this company!

Negative stars. I ordered 100 napkins for my daughters wedding. She wanted their names with double rings. They came in with bows instead of rings, faded looking ink and forever and always looks like foreve bow r always. How horrible. I have been unable to get a person to talk to. I paid extra money for RUSH deliver. Never again.

This website is a sham. Buyer Beware!! I ordered from them and in the confirmation website address was embedded with malware to an explicit sex website! There is no contact telephone number for the company. You can "chat online" if you have a problem but good luck with that. They finally said that my order had just shipped but come to find out, one of my flowers was out of stock. The other part of my order was in stock but, if your order can not be completed as ordered, they won't ship you any part of it at all! I am hoping to get all of my money back. Anyhow, I would go to Afloral.com if you want to get your silk flowers on time and in good condition.

I am an event planner. I ordered the open roses for this "place". The first time I ordered I only ordered one package to make sure it was exactly what the client wanted. After confirming that this is what the client wanted I ordered 5 more. When I initially ordered I accidentally selected Burgundy instead of RED. I immediately realized this and sent an email to "order changes". I received an email the following day stating that they change had been caught in time and I would receive the Red Flowers----of course I received the burgundy flowers ---GET THIS --with the corrected invoice (the invoice stated red but I received the burgundy---okay so I contact them only to be told to double check to make sure the flowers really were burgundy and not red...really? Then I was told that they could send me the red flowers on or by Feb 25th (this conversation took place on Februray 14th!!!!!! )the party is feb 26th.....I explained this to them and was told----after a long long long conversation that I would receive my package today---4 days after i received the incorrect package....well I didn't receive my package today--contacted them again and was told that because I never shipped back the burgundy (they provided me with a UPS label to ship it back to them and suppposedly they checked and it hadn't been shipped back to them)...only thing was i shipped the package two days ago...I went online to UPS and copied the tracking information and sent it to YA YA creations.......they then told me that they would ship the package but I wouldn't get it until NEXT THURSDAY...the event is out of state and I won't be here THURSDAY AND I have to make all of the centerpieces!!!!! They said that they couldn't pay for expedited shipping but I could. Basically I had to end up paying for expedited shipping to get the flowers for my clients. I will NEVER use them again. THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Amanda at Chair Cover factory claims to be the sole manager they are partnered with Yaya Creations horrific service. No accountability. I never once have recieved my shipments correctly and on time. DO NOT USE THEM HORRIBLE. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. If you are looking for linens try Urquid Linen great service, responsible for their issues, email or call if there are unexpected issues. LOVE THEM. Have yet to have a single problem, that they don't solve before they call.

I am shocked by all of the negative reviews. I needed brown napkins to use under the centerpieces at my reception hall. I could not find them anywhere else. I got a great deal on the napkins and they were shipped to me in a very timely fashion. The napkins looked exactly how they did online. I was very pleased and would order in bulk from this company again.

EXCELLENT! I ordered several things and they all came on time and in perfect condition. I read complaints on colors not being "true." You must take into fact screen differences on your computer and the camera settings of the photographer! My color did not match the screen color perfectly either - but I was not physically there to see it, I have no right to complain!

Nothing was broken. Customization was adorable. These are not high end products, don't expect it. Remember the adage, "You get what you pay for." In my opinion, this is well worth the price.

I would do business with them again!

This was the worst buying experience ever!!!!!!! Their customer service was beyond frustrating and they never even sent out my package! They blamed it on the shipping method I chose, but the fact is it never left their warehouse. They promised they would ship it Express and the package never came and then when I contacted them again they told me the product was out of stock when it was clearly in stock online. The worst company ever!!!!!! With my online live chat, I asked to speak to an actual manager on the phone and Christine the operator told me "no". What is with that! Don't ever buy from them they are horrible!!!!!!!

While there have been only a couple of mistakes, I am pretty satisfied.
The fact that they have no phone number is exasperating of course. If they don't have something in stock they sometimes send a replacement in a similar color or same color but different fabric, which sucks. The major problem is shipping is very inconsistent, and once I paid for 3 day select and they shipped it ground, resulting in a wedding emergency. Their whites and ivory cloths usually come with markings of some kind and have to be washed before going out. I have made sacrifices like ordering extras just in case in order to save money with their great prices. I will continue to do business with them because my business relies on them right now. I can't speak for the other products on their sites, but their linens are usually just fine.

I, too, ordered from Ya Ya/Efavor Mart. The first thee or four orders were absolutely wonderful. So, I placed an order for 12 36" Eiffel Tower Vases for an upcoming event. As always, the package arrived without hesitation; however, upon inspection I noted one vase was chipped and another was in about a thousand pieces... I contacted CHAT(LMAO)

"Sure,we can reship replacements to you, however, you will need to acknowledge
and accept the fact that breaking up sets and reshipping singles increases
the chances of damage dramatically. And that if replacements are damaged
in transit, you will accept and acknowledge replacements have been sent, we will
not be able to reship yet again or refund you for them. Once you confirm, we can
recharge for the 2 pieces we already refunded, and reship you replacements."
What WONDERFUL customer service. Needless to say, I won't be placing an order for the 14 tablecloths....or anything else for that matter.... Guess my next stop is Google, then BBB and then MasterCard.

The package was left on the porch while I was out.Upon arrival I opened the packed and discovered one vase was chipped and another was in pieces at the bottom of it's box. I got onyour web site's live chat and spoke with Chrystal. She said two vases would be shipped out as replacement. As of today, I have not received any word as to when they were/will be shipped. Please advise when I can expect to receive the two replacements.

"Sure,we can reship replacements to you, however, you will need to acknowledge
and accept the fact that breaking up sets and reshipping singles increases
the chances of damage dramatically. And that if replacements are damaged
in transit, you will accept and acknowledge replacements have been sent, we will
not be able to reship yet again or refund you for them. Once you confirm, we can
recharge for the 2 pieces we already refunded, and reship you replacements."
What WONDERFUL customer service. Needless to say, I won't be placing an order for the 14 tablecloths....or anything else for that matter.... Guess my next stop is Google, then BBB and then MasterCard.

I just received my second box from Ya Ya and everything was fine except I ordered 8 camera's and only received 7. But I emailed them and I am sure I will get my 8th camera. The organza and tulle are perfect in color and texture. I feel bad for the people that have had bad experiences but mine was fine.

I want to start by saying that I got completely suckered by this place. I won't even give them the satisfaction of calling it a business, because it takes the legitimacy away from real businesses. Anyway, I ordered a 6 tier acrylic cupcake stand which I was apprehensive in ordering from this place to begin with given their suspect return/exchange policy, but I took a chance given the cheap price of the item. there is a reason it was so cheap. The items were packed in two boxes that were further boxed in one large exterior box. The two internal boxes were all smashed but the external box was fine. 4 of the 6 plates were broken or cracked. They actually sent me about 12 plates in total. It seemed like random plates were thrown in a box with the knowledge that some were damaged. I was pissed to say the least so I contacted them right away. Of course, no phone number exists, so I am left with this stupid live chat. USELESS. I was told that I had to take photos of the damaged items and send it to them, then they would "deliberate" and get back to me with their decision. What the f***. I tried to stay calm since you really can't get that angry effectively over an email. After a few days of not hearing from them, I again contacted the company through live chat. I spoke to a different rep who promised to help me and resolve my case. She told me they never received my photos so I sent them at least 3 more times. After promising to contact me after she reviewed my photos, Lucy, of course, never got back to me. Ultimately I contacted Lucy two days later via the live chat to have her chastise me, be nasty and completely unprofessional. When I asked her for a supervisor she claimed to be the supervisor. When I asked for a phone number so we could have a "real conversation", she said, and I quote, "anyways, maam", and completely ignored my request. Finally, her resolution, after a week of this back and forth nonsense, was to send me replacement plates or a $10 credit. Keep in mind that I paid $39.99 for the item. Why wasn't I being refunded the full amount given that they sent me a damaged product. I told Lucy that I had no problem sending back the broken merchandise as long as they sent me a prepaid shipping label. Well, Lucy told me I could keep the broken item if I wanted. For my wedding I ordered sage green personlized napkins and organza table overlay. I was very happy with the napkins but the organza table overlay was lime green, even though the package was lableled sage. I could not use them for my wedding. Giving them 3 star bacause they got part of the order correct. Will not be calling for refund after reading the negative comments about customer service. Didn't realize there was a 20% restocking fee plus pay for shipping. Oh well, my fault for not reading the fine print. Instead, I will throw a future party with my lime green organza overlays.

I bought an 18" square silver cake plateau before I read all the negative comments about Ya Ya Creations. I regretted my decision & would have avoided the company if I read the comments first, but it was too late to cancel the order.
The company was extremely fast in mailing the product. I love the cake plateau! It will look beautiful at the wedding. I read a lot of complaints about problems with personalized ribbons, stained table cloths, etc. Maybe there isn't much that can go wrong with a cake plateau, so I may be one of the lucky ones. However, I would order from them again.

i can't even believe this company! the sales lady was so RUDE! they totally messed up my order and refused to refund me! the ribbon i ordered was pretty on the website...not in person! first i got ivory ribbon with burgandy letters, and the ink RAN all over my wedding favors i made! so, i had no choice but to use the 50% off they reluctantly gave me to order again... this time, i ordered burgandy ribbon with ivory letters. better - but not advisable! they put an "emblem" where i did not want it, and the lady basically told me it was my error, when it was obvious it wasn't! i had the slips that showed my words... NO EMBLEM. whatever you do, save yourself the time, enegery, hassle, and money and order through someone else!!!!!!! please!!!! i was not a bridezilla until this company came along. seriously, they look like a good deal BUT NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

We have purchased hundreds of chair sashes and table runners and although some are not perfect, they are minor issues and as always you get what you pay for. We are in Australia and have recieved our orders within a week on every occasion. I have no hesitations in using them again to purchase new stock.

Terrible customer service!
Would never order from them again. Placed 2 orders for tulle both in Ivory got the orders but both are difference colors. There is no phone number to call, you can only chat with a person and they were not helpful at all. She kept repeating the same thing and was not listening to what I was telling her.

I just had the WORST experience with Yaya creations trying to order party favors for my upcoming wedding. My customer care rep, SABRINA, not only doesn't speak proper English, but also doesn't understand the basics of running an e-commerce business.

I placed an order June 6th, on July 2nd, I received an automatic refund from Payapl, a PARTIAL refund, only to later find out that they keep the shipping, AND they charge a 20% re-stocking fee. I never received a shipping notification, a tracking ID, or anything indicating the item was shipped, or even returned. I live in a doorman building where my doorman hand delivers EVERYTHING to my apt, so the fact that they are saying they shipped it, and it was returned from UPS is very suspicious. However, when they insisted that it was not their fault, they said they charge a 20% restocking fee, on top of a charging for shipping, and would recharge me again if I wanted to purchase the item. This is completely ludicrous since they never even sent me a shipping confirmation, and when I asked them about it, SABRINA actually said, "it must have been lost in siber space" spelled exactly like that.

Furthermore, I have left two messages, and no one has returned my phone calls. As someone who runs a successful e-commerce business, their whole business of cheating their customers, and stealing their money really makes them the scum of the earth and their business should be shut down.

I will say i am a little shocked. I own a wedding service company in the Caribbean and Toronto and i have ordered lots of the same items and they have always been fine and at a very good price. I have ordered the favor boxes in blue, brown, cream, green and pink and they are all great as other companies want $1 per box i can buy 100 for under $35. I have also bought the personalized ribbon, boxes chair sashes and table runners.

But i must say there are a lot of items on the website i would bot buy just by looking at the picture. I think it shows you the flowers are not of a high quality but again you get what you pay for.

As for the customers with the broken items i would not be happy either and i would want my money back. I hope you get your money back

Yes their items are not top quality but they are nice enough to use at any even. Those complaining about flowers being out of shape, all flowers are out of shape when they come out of the packaging. Just remember you will get what you pay for, if you are looking for inexpensive decor they are great, if you want high end decorations you must be willing to pay for them. And no I do not work for them, I run a wedding and event planning business in Texas.

The box they arrived in was not damaged therefore I am lead to believe that my cake plates were packaged damaged and left the company damaged. USPS had nothing to do with the damage to my product. They are damaged to the point that they are not usable. I have contacted the company through e-mail, because they do not answer the phone, and was sent a reply that they would not refund my money, would not send me a new product, but would refund me $25 or send me a $50 gift certificate for their business. Why in the world would I want $50 more damaged product. I have contacted a lawyer and I have every intention of visiting every website I can to write a blog stating my ABSOLUTE DISGUST with this company and their poor customer service skills. I want my money back. If I were a bride having to deal with this type of business I would be on a plane on my way to California to beat their doors down. I ordered the 5 tier cupcake stand and boy was I sorry, I figured theres no way a product like a plastic cake tier could possibly go wrong! I paid $30.00 for a product thats not worth 2.00. I ordered the 5 tier cupcake stand and boy was I sorry, I figured theres no way a product like a plastic cake tier could possibly go wrong! I paid $30.00 for a product thats not worth 2.00. This company is wonderful. Their shipping is fast. They did mess up my first order but before the end of the week they corrected it in a timely manner. The prices are pretty cheep and the quality of the product is awsome!!!!!!!!!! I will be placing more orders next week in till my event is ,complete!! Thanks ya ya

Both YA YA CREATIONS & EFAVORMART.COM are terrible! The pictures on efavormart look fantastic UNTIL when we received the products, turned out that the actual products look NOTHING like the pictures. I truely believe that THEIR PICTURES ARE VERY DECEIVING. I wish i can post pictures on this review site to show the comparision between the actual products received and the pictures posted on efavormart.com. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EITHER OF THEM! Ordered 8 bags of royal blue silk rose petals. Received 8 bags of navy blue instead. When I spoke with online chat, this is the response I received:

This company is TERRIBLE! I ordered personalized ribbon for a baby shower that I am throwing and paid extra (twice) to have it rushed through the preparation process and again to have it rush shipped. When I tried to tie a bow for the purpose that it was purchased, the brown wording smeared all over the light pink ribbon. Instead, I tried tying a not, thinking that would suffice. I could not even do that without it smearing! After talking to someone on a live chat, she was very rude and told me that if I "handled the product more carefully that I should not have this problem." When I told her it was not a handling issue, but a product problem, she restated the same thing. She told me that the print was a "foil finish" and not a laser finish. I told her I didn't care what finish it was, but what good is a roll of personalized ribbon if it can't be tied?! I told her that I would like to know what my options were for returning/replacing this ribbon. (The shower is now 2 weeks away and there is not time to remake it properly) She then proceeded to tell me to call her the next day because she needed to talk with her manager. Since she would not comply with any of my requests and was extremely rude, I opened a dispute with PayPal because they will stand by their customers.

I ordered 40 of the satin table runners for a school auction dinner. 5 each of a variety of colors. The quality was really impressive and the colors very true to website. The order came quickly with great follow up. The more quantity you order the better the discount. I will definitely use them again, as the quality/prices were very fair, if not above expectations.

OK, I think that the write-ins that were "favorable" were written by "the Help" as they use very improper English!! The mint julep cup that was mailed to me was scratched beyond belief. I like nice things, if I wanted it to look like it came from a garage sale I would have gone to one instead of paying up for shipping. Stay away from this company and beware of paid opinions on the web. :) When you consistently cannot distinguish between their and there, THERE'S a PROBLEM.

The customer service people are not helpful at all...I will not buy from this company again. They are so unhelpful after you place your order and they have your money. Good luck getting them to take care of any problems if you decide to order through them. Great prices yes but the service sucks! A great company treats their customers with respect1
