I had a recall on my vehicle and since I work in the area and was told that it was a good place to go, I did. I also decided to have them do an alignment on my vehicle and within a couple of days I noticed my car was pulling to the right lane completely. I had not had this happen to me with my car and noticed it soon after I had taken my car to Sequoia Chevrolet. I only noticed it when I hit a higher speed in my car, I called and let them know what was going on and then I scheduled an appt. I asked if I was going to be charged again and was told ""No."" since I had just had the alignment done. I went to my scheduled appt. in time and waited. After waiting I was told ..""oh, no. there IS going to be another charge of $80"" He said I ""probably hit a pot hole or went over a railroad track"" I told him that I haven't and then he said ""well, you could have hit a curb and caused it"" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! None of those even happened. I left and felt soo ripped off and what a waste of time! Why didn't you tell me this on the phone?!? I came from Fresno! I will not do pay for business with them again for LACK of WORK ETHIC and LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I paid for a job that was done INCORRECTLY to begin with and now I feel unsafe in my car. I should have never went. I would at least feel better if it was corrected, but it was NOT. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
