One of the main reasons I use Gerry for my computer repairs and problems is because he is very hard working. Sometimes it takes him a long time to diagnose the problem, but he never charges for the extra time. In fact, he is very reasonable.
He will come to your house or business, but if it is a serious problem, he will have to bring the coputer to his home which is his office. He is trying to concentrate on bigger accounts now and always does not have time for me, but he makes time.
PROS: a nice guy that gets the job done
CONS: sometimes takes long to fix the problem
