First my husband bought an Acura TL from them and we were so happy with the low pressure approach,
location, friendly salesperson (Paul Nava) and management that after I fell in love with my husband's car from driving it we went back and got me my own Acura TL from them. Easy again the second time.
Service has always been accomodating and Paul remembers us every time we come in with a sincere and friendly hello as do the managers. No complaints. Great prices and we too did our research online so knew what to expect and got that. Have also always gotten excellent service when we bring it in for maint.
Would definitely go to them again in the future.

They lost my keys and remote and mistakes and they took a lot of my time. It's been two weeks and I still don't have my remote. I had to call the GM and report my service rep, Mitch, and that still didn't help much. Maybe I'm just impatatient? I called this morning and it's almost 3pm now.

When I had a Lexus this never would have happened, but that was in Houston, and maybe all the high=end car dealers in Austin bumble? In their defense, the other service reps seemed very competent, so I might give this dealership a second chance with a new service rep.

I did my research at home on-line and figured out what features I wanted and what I was willing to pay. After a quick call to Chris Tohill, Internet Sales Manager, I had all the answers including when the car will be available, and the value of my trade. When I arrived, my new car was completely detailed and ready to got. 1.5 hours later I was on my way. I loved the service and my wife found them to be very informative on all the features. The car is for her. We highly recommend this dealership.
