.

I moved here July 2010..it was great at first but as my year went on, it got worse. There was one lady who gave me and my roommate so many problems. Everything we did, she would call out and say she lived there for 16 years so she had the right to tell us. Last time I checked, it was very rude to stereotype and call people ""ghetto"" or undereducated. There was a roach problem along with spiders. gross! As my lease came to an end, we got a letter saying we owed 300 dollars! The reason behind this was that we had an 80 dollar fee for something but we were never told or notified. We both are college students and were very upset that they let this get that high. Now that we've moved out, we owe another 160 dollars and we never had a security deposit. According to the lady who did our paper work, we paid 180 dollars but that wasn't a security deposit. Needless to say, Nob Hill pretty much took more money from us for their mistakes and put us in a bad position. I will never come back to that complex and i would advise others as well. Between residents who feel that they can tell other residents what we can and can not do and the office, it was horrible.
