Pattys Mobile Pet Grooming Express

I think she is great. Good christian woman who loves what she does and loves your pets. Very professional job and so reasonably priced. Patty has been grooming my pets for about 5 yrs. now. Would not use anyone else.

She tries very hard, is a hard working single woman trying to make a decent living and I applaud her for a great job.

I have to admit that this woman is completely psycho!!!!! I scheduled three appointments and conveniently she failed to make all three appts. The first time she missed was due to her "daughter" being unable to help and she was too far behind to get to my lovable Cocker - Spanky. The second time was understandable due to the weather, yet she failed to call in a timely manner to say she wasn't coming. The last time she "couldn't find my house" and she said she had used my appointment time up in being lost and that she wasn't coming after I had left work to meet her. Talk about an inconvenience!!! I really do believe this woman needs psychological help and I would not trust her anywhere near my dog. Her attitude is atrocious and she lacks professionalism. Every time I spoke with her on the phone, she had a very condescending attitude as if she were doing me a favor rather than me paying her to do a service. She has a very nasty attitude and obviously from the reviews listed below, I am not the only one with the same unprofessional encounter. - Wish I could give negative stars for negative service and nasty attitude!!!!

Pro's--She comes to your house

She's very, and I repeat very unprofessional!
She will not show up and doesn't even give a courtesy call to try to reschedule.

Once I got over the fact that Patty lacks customer service skill, I still wanted to use the service simply because my work days and hours make it hard for me to visit a groomer. I explained to her EXACTLY how I wanted my Shih Tzu cut and even showed her a picture. My puppy was completed covered with fur that hung long. She was instructed to round his body hair and cut his face low to keep it out of his mouth and eyes. When he came out of her van all of his body hair was GONE!!!! The hair on his face hadn't been touch AT ALL!!! I was horrified!!! And she knew it and simply said "I guess I can give you a discount!" When I tried to explain why I was so upset because she had done the complete opposite of EVERYTHING I'd asked her to do, she screamed 'IT WILL GROW OUT THE WAY YOU WANT IT TO!" Please know I AM NOT ANOTHER GROOMER TRYING TO TAKE BUSINESS AWAY FROM PATTY, AS A PREVIOUS PERSON SUGGESTED ABOUT THE REVIEWERS. IT'S NOT LIKE I'M PROMOTING MY BUSINESS INSTEAD OF HERS. I'M SIMPLY A VERY DISSAPPOINTED PET OWNER :-(

Don't fall for her "special"... It's not worth dealing with this unprofessional person even if it were free!
Be kinder to your pet than to use this service!
She'll no show you and then yell at YOU for her scheduling mishap!

This is a wonderful way to groom your pet! Patty comes to you and does all the work in the van. I have used this service for several years now and I would highly recommend it to anyone. She is a great PET LOVER and does beautiful work. This service is so convenient and priced lower than most. Plus she comes to you!

I only paid $25.00! She said that she was running a "Recession Special" and the $25.00 price was good for both Small & Medium size Dogs.

I believe in Patty's Pet Mobile Grooming and I also believe that anyone who says differently must be a competitor trying to steal her business!

If I could give this woman negative stars, I would. I have never felt like I was inconveniencing someone by trying to hire them to do a job they are getting paid for until today. She is so incredibly unprofessional that I wouldn't hire her to do anything for me. I read the other reviews and thought I would give her a try anyway because of the convenience of having someone come to your house. I would rather drive 100 miles to take my dog to get groomed than to let this woman come near my dog. If she treats animals the same way that she treats people, I wouldn't let her touch our hamster!! Good luck to anyone who actually uses this woman. You might want to consider a "groomer cam!!"

I was so excited to hear about Patty's. So I called and scheduled an appointment. She no showed so I called her and she said that she had van trouble. She didn't even call me to tell me about her van. So we rescheduled and she no showed again. So I called her and she rudely yelled at me then hung up on me. I tried to call back to explain myself and she YELLED again then hung up on me again. I would not recommend her.

I was so excited to see Patty's mobile grooming service van on my way home from work one day, as it's really hard for me to get my doggie to the groomer with my busy work(s) schedule. I called Patty and she took my number and said she would call me back as to when she could come over. She never called, so I called her back. I asked her how late she could come, and she said she worked until all her appointments were done. We made one for Friday at 5:00pm. She hadn't arrived at 5:30, so I called her and was told that she couldn't do it and I'd have to schedule again. I made an appointment for Saturday at noon. When I got home from work at 3:30, my husband said she never called or came. I called her and she said she'd had a really bad day- flat tire, blah, blah, blah and she couldn't do it today. I told her to just forget it and she hung up on me! The very least she could have done was to call and let me know what was going on- what a way to run a "business". Unless you're prepared to sit and wait indefinately for her to show up- I wouldn't recommend her service!!

This is a wonderful service and the only mobile pet grooming I could fine for my area of Birmingham. I had destroyed my maltese dog's coat by cutting out matts and Patty's was able to make him lok cute and cuddly again. Plus he gets carsick and its such a hassle to take him places. It was nice to get him groomed without having to worry about him ruining it on the ride back. My dog smells so good that for once he's actually freshening up the house. To top it off, the price is VERY reasonable. I'm happy and so's my doggie.

Pattys mobile pet grooming express service is wonderful. They are the only pet service I know that is on wheels so they can come to you. They are all very well trained in animal care and are great with any animal. I have used them on several occasions and have always been left happy. They also offer pet veterinarian care if need be. The price is also pretty moderate to fit any budget.
