Recently I had an accident and had to have some repairs done on my Honda, John Harris was recommended to me by a couple of friends as well as my insurance company. I can't begin to say enough nice things about this establishment ,never

I've had a recurring problem with my Acura TL's trunk spoiler becoming detached. After a third attempt by the local dealership (which failed the same day of the repair) I paid John Harris Body Shop a visit. This visit was unscheduled and sort of late in the day. The service manager looked at my car and told me it might be possible to find someone free to at least remove the spoiler in order to confirm his suspicions of the previous failures. After only a few minutes the service manager himself come into the waiting area carrying my spoiler. He wanted me to see the various layers of previously applied adhesives that should have been removed for a proper mount.. He also said if I have the time to wait another 15 minutes he could have my problem fully resolved. Needless to say he was successful and demonstrated be pulling the back end of my car up by the spoiler itself.\r\nI could not ask for any better service. The\r\npeople there are friendly. professional, and\r\nknowledgeable. I am sure of this because I\r\nhad found this to be true when they repaired\r\nmy car's crushed front end back to new on a previous occasion. Thanks,John Harris!

We are a military family, with one income and so often I am without my hubby. Over the last several years, I have been in more accidents than I really wish to acknowledge but I always go to John Harris. Each time, I am treated with dignity and respect. Each time, I get the utmost in quality service and commitment to help me through this process. This past time my hubby was in Indiana. I asked 3 friends to help me get my car back. As life would have it, they were all busy. I just could not get the help I needed to get my minivan back. Needless to say, I struggled for almost 7 days in a Hyundai accent with three kids. GT offered to bring my car back to me when I asked if I could just switch my cars out and park my accent until my hubby came back from his trip. Not only did they bring it back, but the car was on empty and pout a few gallons of gas in it to boot. This was not enough though. My car had been repaired by them and my ac relay broke shortly there after. GT helped curb my costs by flushing the ac at an incredibly reduced cost, compared to what it would have cost me at the HONDA dealership. Thank you so much John Harris. You went beyond and above the call to service. You have a customer for life in the Shearin family. If you need any repairs, you need to come here. You would be making a huge mistake if you went anywhere else. ""Huge!""

Then they took me out back to where they had already assessed the damages and walked me through what they thought they were going to have to do to it. Their projected date was slightly off from when it was ready, but they picked up the extra tab on my rental car, past what my insurance would pay. I would recommend anyone to John Harris Body Shop.
