I love the grilled ruben sandwich here but on my last trip I was convinced by the waiter to try the brisket sandwich. I had the cup of soup and half sandwich. ($10). To say the beef melted in my mouth wouldn't be much of an exageration.

First off, last summer I went and ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad easy on the dressing. It was drowning in dressing so the server politely took it back and asked to have it re-made. A minute or two passes and out comes another

What can one say about a full fledged Jewish deli more than 2500 miles from New York? This is a top notch well run restaurant, complete with a full service deli counter and a decadent (to say the least!) dessert and pastry selection that would tempt even the most stubborn dieter. Weekends and around peak meal hours there is usually a wait, but well worth it. Good service and matching decor (look at the ceilings when you get seated) and you'll find yourself not only sated, but thinking about when your next trip to Manhattan will be. If you're a visitor and your hosts don't bring you there, bring yourself and your hosts....and make a delectable memory. Some have mentioned that breakfast and lunch are their specialty, but the dinner menu, while not as robust, still will whet an appetite.

PROS: Menu, quality, deli service, desserts, wait and service staff
CONS: Oy vey! the crowds on weekends.
