Best Buy

I spent over 20 minutes on the phone today waiting for someone in their store to answer, and no one ever did. It is extremely poor customer service to ignore the phone, and it is a reflection of poor management.

I called the store three times at different times during the day to speak to a sales associate. I allowed the phone to ring between six and nine times, and not once, did anyone answer the phone!

O my , this is a really nice store, and the people here know what you are talking, we did go to this store looking for something and when we asked them about the item they did just look at us like we were nuts, they knew what we were looking for and did a great job , If you need they will have , it was a GREAT shopping . if you need to get in and out , this is where to go, ALso its Clean and they seem to keep stuff off the floor GOO lol
