Bank Of America

Transitioning from a credit union member to a Bank of America personal and business member, there are nuances that I was unaware of. Realizing a potential check may not have sufficient funds--although I had just made a rather large deposit--I phoned Mr. Patel from out of town to explain my situation.

As has been customary with his service, he fully explained the procedure and clarified my concerns...and offered additional support when I returned to Raleigh.

When I enter the bank, he remembers my name after helping me establish my accounts at his location. In these days of little good service, I remain appreciative of his expertise and plain old good manners!

Kudos to Mr. Patel!
