why is it so hard to deposit a check if my account was opened in another state? i sat in your drivethru for 20 minutes on a friday afternoon while 8 people waited behind me. i bet they were as thrilled as i was at your service.

In January 2008, we were helping my 96-year old Mom get settled into a senior residence near the Bank of America (Falls of the Neuse Branch, Raleigh, NC). Mom does not have an account there. We were desperate to have an important paper notarized. The Bank of America staff were more than accomodating. We would recommend them for going above and beyond the call of duty. Best wishes.
