Lenscrafters

I spent about an hour on one day to get some frames only to recieve damaged $300+ frames. The next day, I go back to return the lenses, and ask if other locations have the frame in stock. A salesperson offers to pick up the lenses and has me wait for an hour. About an hour and a half later (yes) they tell me they are working on my glasses and that it will take fifteen minutes to get them ready. After more than fifteen minutes, they give me the finished product stating all is well. Upon further inspection, the frames are once again damaged from the installation of the lenses, AND to make things worse the right lens is cracked from the inside of the lens itself.

It could just be a very bad day, but their decision to send me off with defective glasses after lying to me outright that they were "perfect" not only shows how inexperienced the staff there are, but shows much more about how much this location is lacking in integrity.
