Sensibilities

Sensibilities is Wonderful! I have enjoyed many treatments there, from massages to facials and pedicures, and have always received top-notch service. The Spa is comfortable and clean, the staff warm and polite. I have had some of the best massages of my life here- the therapists are consistently talented. I can't recommend Sensibilities highly enough!

This is the WORST spa I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. When I walked in I thought it was a candle shop instead of a spa - there are products and decorative items stuffed EVERYWHERE, it looked so chaotic, and no one said hello or offered to assist me. I was checked in by an extremely curt front desk attendant who seemed to have much better things to do than be polite to customers, and after I filled out a form I was asked to wait upstairs (? - no waiting area in the spa!) I received a cursory pedicure that I could have received at any cheap nail salon, and my technician seemed hurried (perhaps that front desk attendant scheduled her too tightly). I was checking this place out to see if I wanted to schedule a massage, and I'm glad I didn't! I can only imagine how terrible that would have been - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

With two locations, North and South, Sensibilities is an amazing full service spa that is accessible to everyone in the area. I have had many massages as well as a pedicure and manicure at the downtown location. The massage therapist have been uniformly excellent, the rooms are beautiful, clean and warm. You are offered hot tea or water at the end of your service. They also carry some excellent product lines. I often choose Birthday gifts for my friends from their wonderful creams and candles, softest bathrobes and slippers... Sensibilities is always a treat.

I have had several treatments here and the therapist here are the best. The pedicures are excellent and I love the products they use. The shop is full of great spa products and relaxational items as well. The staff is extremely friendly and the prices are comparable to other spas.
