Unlike the north store, the folks here seem more disinterested than rude which is pretty sad.

I used to consign some old clothes when I lived out of town and thought I would do the same here. The woman who seems to own this shop is expressionless and rude, which seems to be the consensus on other review sites. I don't expect to get rich off this but geez - 35%?? I've never seen it less than 50% in any store I've been in. I think for that i'd just as soon donate the stuff since the people from Goodwill etc. seem to be somewhat appreciative whereas she kinda seemed like it was a big bother and very very picky.

I think they probably have some decent merchandise but the prices seemed high. Regardless, I think I'd rather shop in a friendlier atmosphere.

I walked into this store one afternoon and was surprised when the young lady behind the counter didn't bother to look up or greet me.

Looked around and they have nice men's clothing, including designer labels, at very reasonable prices.

Unfortunately, being ignored by the staff was not a pleasant experience. They were curt and unresponsive.

I will be going to the outlets to spend the $500 i got for the holidays.

I had been in the shop before and found a few things I liked at decent prices compared to full retail but with all the sales going on right now, it isn't anything special. Jos. A. Bank is doing a 70% off sale right now. Unless you happen across a very expensive suit that you can't ever find anywhere, you can do almost as well on new clothing in this market.

If you're thinking about consigning, forget it. After bringing in a number of items that were designer label, relatively recent and in good condition and having about 2/3 of them rejected, I was stunned. Since they only pay you a paltry 35% of the sale price (which is reduced every 30 days) and 0% if it sells after 90 days and you haven't picked it up, you are just as well off donating your items to charity and taking the tax deduction. That process is less difficult and supports a better cause and in the end, the tax benefit is about the same as what you get IF your stuff sells.

Today I went to both locations in Austin and found the following:
Rude management, nice clerk.
Outdated merchandise in questionable condition
Prices that reflect new not used merchandise

I found pretty much the same at both locations and will not return...two opportunities is enough.

You can find an occasional interesting/one-of-a-kind item, but it's mostly Ralph Lauren and Hilfiger which is nothing special. It all looks the same. Slacks and suits/blazers are behind in style. Went to Goodwill to compare and they have the same name brands just not starched or hanging on a wooden hanger and for a much better price.
Owner is fairly unpleasant and unhelpful. She appears put off and bothered by customers and that's enough to keep me from telling people about the store . . . or from returning myself. If they had exceptional items I'd put up with her, but that's not the case.

My husband and I stumbled onto this shop accidentially after we left Toys 'R US. It is a pretty small shop, but they pack in the clothes. They sell men's designer clothes on consignment. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a suit to fit my husband, but we often check back to see if there is any thing new. As it is a consignment shop you never know what you will find.

The prices are reasonable for the quality, but you can also get luckly shopping for suits and dress clothes at Goodwill.

This is THE store for finding quality designer clothing at a fraction of the cost of retail. I have gotten many pieces here for much less than I would have paid in any other store. The selection of current clothing is exceptional.

I got some nice things for my husband when I started a new job. There are some good deals, but if your money is tight, there are other places to get the same goods for less. All in all, a good place to shop. Some clerks are vey helpful, some are indifferent...depends on what day you shop.
