Why does the president of BDCU think it is okay to throw away ONE MILLION DOLLARS of our money? How is he connected to that ONE MILLION DOLLARS?
SHAME ON HIM .... SHAME ON ME IF I LEAVE MY MONEY THERE!

I feel very confident that my money is safe. They have always paid very competitive interest rates, even double dividends on occasion. I live out of state, but have stayed a member for almost 3 decades. There has been no problem whatsoever doing any business via the mail or phone.

This is one of the greatest banking institutions I have ever encountered in the western United States. The people working here are very friendly and efficient. I have been a member for over 28 years and they are taking great care of my money. They have provided me loans and have been polite and friendly. They have great interest rates. I highly recommend this credit union.

I have been a member of the Boulder Dam Credit Union for over six years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else - even though we live in North Las Vegas now and they are a 45 minute drive.
You can walk into their building on a Monday after a holiday - and still be back out and done in less than 15 minutes. Their staff is made up of people who have been there many years, and they are great with people. I have never seen a teller not be able to handle someone's transaction.
You can access your account online or at any of the Silver State Schools credit union ATM's.
PROS: Wonderful,knowledgable staff
CONS: None

It's not a bank, it's our local Credit Union and all you have to do is live in Boulder City to become a member - which I highly recommend.
There are always at least 5-6 tellers working to help you and if the line starts to grow, all are called to their windows (about 25). I have never waited more than 3-5 minutes to be called to an available tellers window.
BDCU offers the greatest site for online banking, too. You can transfer funds, set up automatic payments, set up automatic monthly fund transfers as well as keep an eye on your accounts via the internet.
They have great loan rates (ask them to explain them) and zero hassel loans which do not include all the hoops other lenders make you jump through. B. J. Mortweet, down stairs, will help you with any investment questions you may have.
I would not have my account anywhere else!
