Cumming Family Medicine

Cumming Family Medicine is TERRIBLE! Number one, they ask you questions that they should know already from looking in your file. Example, "what medicines are you on"? HELLO, you should have that in my file, you prescribed them all to me! Number 2, they won't refill your medicine unless you come in to see them. Number 3, Dr. Krishna is very rude and actually hung up on me once when I called to ask for a refill. She said "what do you want to do, come in here once a year"? That is very unprofessional. PLEASE SAVE YOUR COPAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I promise, you will find a better Dr. from the health center thant his place!!!

Dr.Anjali Dua is a very sweet Dr,and the office always gets me in quickly to see her which is great.My constant complaint is feeling she gives me about 2 minutes(if I am lucky) of her time.And this is when the office is not busy.I wish she would take a bit longer and hear all of my concerns and investigate my case a bit more before rushing out.I have tried to go in organized and speak my concerns right off,but still feel she is rushing in and out. I have yet to have anything serious aside from a cold or cut,to be seen for,but if I did I think I may go elsewhere where they take longer with the patient.

I saw Anjali Dua due to some stomach and pelvic pain. Obviously, I was concerned with cancer. Dr. Dua was good up front and answered my questions. However, the follow up was done by her assistant, and my bloodwork came back normal. The assistant simply stated it was normal and to let them know if I ever needed them for anything again. Hello? I still have severe pain in my lower abdomen? At any rate, I tried to call the doctor back and was not allowed to speak to her and could only speak to the assistant unless I made another appt...in other words, another co-pay and charge for office visit. Then, the assistant called me and told me the doctor wanted me to get a CT scan...which I did. CT scan results were sent over to the doctor on Monday evening...it is now Wednesday around noon and I STILL have not heard from the doctor. This is unacceptable in my opinion...especially since the doctor knew I was so concerned about cancer. Follow up by the doctor could do wonders for her practice...follow up is one of the elementary rules for running a successful business.

Dr. Amit Dua is the best. He is very kind and caring. The rest of the practice could learn alot from him they are not bad just not quite as friendly and caring as him.

My wife uses this office and they have always been very quick to get her back to see the Dr. and answer all of her questions. Great location, easy to get to and away from the traffic.

I thought this Dr's office was great! I didnt have to wait long and the staff were very friendly. They spent alittle time talking to me about different things and didnt rush me like most practices do.
