Very quick response and very knowledgeable folks. You can tell by just talking with them that they won't take advantage of the layman. I called about a problem on my laptop, and they fixed it over the phone (I thought it was something more serious, but nonetheless, they were very helpful) and I had called at least 3 other places that didn't want to bother to return the call or were too busy to talk to me. I have a small business and used them for that as well. I'm so glad I found them. They have a small shop that is convenient and the prices are very reasonable. They really are customer driven. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Not to pick on the name - but the guys here truly are computer geeks - and that is meant as a TOTAL compliment. Had some recent computer issues so I took my computer in for a repair. The two guys are brothers - Jandkand Mack (I kid you not) and they almost identical. But they sure know how to talk to a machine! I had finally accepted the idea that I would NOT be able to salvage this computer and that I was going to have to buy another one. Fortunately - after Jack and Mack took a look at it - that was not the case. They did an excellent job getting the virus off of it and back in a flash and for onaly sixty bucks! To say the least - I was VERY happy. Highly recommend these two guys.
