The best crawfish in town. They have a secret spicy crawfish boil sauce that will have you dreaming about it. They were voted best crawfish in Houston in 2002 so I tried them and now I see why. this is the only restaurant that tastes like original New Orleans style cuisine.

I eat here at least 3 times per week. They have crawfish all year around (which others don't) and it's only like $3.99/lb in winter and $4.99 pound in season. tons of menu items, the best tasting gumbo, pastas, fried pickles, frog legs and shrimp and fish platters.

The best in the metroplex (in my opinion)

This place has the best cajun food I've ever tasted and are much cheaper than everyone else. I be dreaming about this place at night and eat here about 4 times per week, it's that good.

They have some type of spicy creole seasoning they use on almost everything, which is to die for. I always eat the boiled crawfish and my husband eats a seafood pasta dish, they also have some chinese dishes I believe. They put Razoo's and Pappadeaux to SHAME. The place is small and the decor isn't that great, but the food makes up for everything. There are no waiters, you have to order at the counter, but they bring your food out quick and the owners are really nice. Alot of people get take out, but I prefer to eat there, they have a tv you can watch. Get there early as one time I went late and they RAN OUT OF FOOD they were so busy, but this was just on one occasion. I'm so glad my friend referred me here, because I could never find a real authentic new orleans tasting restaurant. Now I have, I hope they don't go out of business because I can't live without them. They also have gumbo, catfish, shrimp, pastas, poboys, hamburgers, frog legs, soft shell crab, fried pickles, and tons of other stuff. Don't rob yourself of this experience. The crawfish is $4/lb and other dishes are around $5 - $7. The best deal in town. You can eat there comfortably with a group of 10-14, but more than that I would call ahead

Pros: Besting tasting cajun cuisine PERIOD, boiled crawfish offered all year around, extensive menu, ample parking, great for takeout

Cons: Small place, have to order at a counter, closes at 9:00 p.m., not a fancy place
