Fibermark

We were new to West Hollywood and needed a sofa cleaned. We received a recommendation from B&B Italia in Beverly Hills for Fibermark. We have continued to use Fibermark for multiple projects (e.g., carpet cleaning, drapery cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and upholstery repair). Each and every time, Mark has responded to my requests immediately, and each and every time I am shaking my head that the furniture, upholstery or carpet looks like new (even after some ugly spills and stains!). Thank you Mark and Fibermark ? we will continue to use you guys as long as we?re in L.A.!

Fibermark was rated the top carpet cleaning firm in LA by LA Magazine so we reached out to them to clean our carpets. The carpets looked outstanding, but there was an area that had an odor. I contacted them and they immediately came back and fixed the problem without any push back at all. It was a great "service recovery". They stand behind their product!!! Also, they followed up to make sure I was happy. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is having their carpets cleaned. Please note that they are not cheap, but the premium was well worth it.

Hi Mark,

Everything looks good. Though I did not expect it to return to brand new look, the sofa looks pretty good. The fabric dried a bit stiff - will that soften up with use? The rugs seem to have more vibrancy, yay! The kids headboards (ultrasuede) look great and they were a tiny bit stiffer - i assume this will soften up with use and time, too.

We?ve been doing business with Fibermark for more than 5 years. We?ve always received professional, attentive, quality services. Additionally, they?ve been very quick to respond to our calls, typically same-day-service if we have a bad spill/stain. On top of that, they?ve been very flexible with their schedule when performing services for us, whether it's a late night or a Sunday. Mark always works with us and tries to be as fair as possible with all the services he provides. All that?s great, but the miracles they?ve worked on ridding our upholstery of the green tea and grease stains is even better. I would most definitely recommend Fibermark.

The guys at Fibermark are able to perform miracles. I have a ceiling fabric that is approximately 20 X 40 that was stained by a leak in the roof. The owner, Mark Goodman, came out and took a sample piece of the fabric to test at their plant. He called and said that he went on his plant roof, took dirty water like I had and stained the piece of fabric to match my problem. He then tested and figured out how to correct my big problem. His men went up on scaffolding, worked on the ceiling 20 feet high and in less time than they predicted; completely got all of the water stain out of the fabric. It would have cost too much to even think about in replacing, but they saved it and you can't see where the stain was originally. My heroes!
While they were there, they noticed an Eames leather day bed that needed some care. They were able to refinish that along with leather shelving that needed to be a slightly different shade of the original. Again, they did eactly what they said they could do. I would recommend Fibermark in a second to anybody that wants a company that backs up what they promise!

Fibermark has always done outstanding work in my home. From carpet, to expensive and delicate area rugs, drapes...even air duct cleaning!! The leather work alone has saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn't ask for a more reliable, honest, trust-worthy and pleasant crew of men in my home. No one would ever know of the many "near death" accidents my area rugs and carpets have been in becuase Mark has saved them all time and time again!

I highly recommend Fibermark. They are incredibly responsive, and the quality of their work is excellent. When I call Mark to request some spot-cleaning, he sends a team to my house either that day or the day after. All of his employees are very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of our home. I trust Fibermark to ensure that the condition of all of our rugs and upholstered furniture remains like new.

I own a business that has a lot of kids and families coming through, and our carpets become soiled very quickly. No matter how bad I think it is, though, Mark or his guys always get it clean. I recently had some water damage that left the rugs so stained I thought I would have to replace them, but Fibermark came last week and now they look as good as new. Definitely the best carpet cleaner I've ever used, and everyone there is really nice, too.

My family and I live in San Francisco, CA. Two kids and a newly adopted "house broken" dog. That's what they told us; they were wrong. My Grandmother had given my wife and I a very large and beautiful Needlepoint area rug for a wedding gift. Unfortunately, unknowingly to us that the house broken dog was going to the bathroom all over one side of the rug. It was terribly stained and an odor that was horribly offensive. Our designer called other designers that he knew and located Fibermark. He could not find what he thought would be acceptable in the San Francisco area. We called Mark, the owner and explained the problem. We e mailed pictures to him to look at. He said that he believes that he can make a big difference and that if he ran into a problem he could remove the bad and reweave in new. We had never heard of that, but it made perfect sense to us. We Fedex'd the rug to Santa Monica, discussed price and told them to start. Two weeks later we received a call that he did need to reweave a few areas. He told us the cost and we told him to go ahead. One week later he called us and said the rug is ready and will be shipped out tomorrow. We opened the rug up and it was beautiful! More beautiful than the day that it was given to us. The rug was about 40 years old and it looked new to us. Fibermark was a pleasure to work with. They communicated the whole time and we knew from the start that we were in the right hands. Thank you Mark and your miracle staff.

Mark Goodman and his team at Fibermark are the absolute best in their field. As a designer working mostly in the high end residential field, I can tell you that Mark is such an expert at handling even the most delicate of fabrics--I trust him explicitly to not only protect, but also to clean any and all of the various fabrics we install in our clients' homes. We have had more than one situation where I thought fully upholstered walls were going to have to be replaced, but Mark managed to rescue us every time! In addition to that, he has a great personality and very courteous staff, so he is always welcomed in our clients' homes. We would not even think about using anyone else for this service.

Fibermark cleaned my "very expensive" white wool carpet perfectly. They are true professionals in every respect. They start with an interview and then present a written proposal. Just before the workmen arrive (on time!) you receive a call that they are on their way. After they have completed the job..the owner follows up with a phone call to ask if you are happy with the results. Of course, I was delighted and thrilled with the results. They also cleaned an upholstered headboard that had some tough stains (from my attempts to clean it)....it looks like new!
PS.....they are very careful with your furniture!!!!!

During this challenging economy you may be tempted to clip a coupon for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Let me tell you - you get what you pay for! Fibermark provided the expertise, high quality service, and professionalism I needed and I can highly recommend them to everyone! After getting the run-around and last minute price increases from 2 other companies, I was relieved and happy with Fibermark's amazing results. They are the real deal!

Mark Goodman and Fibermark are my saviors. Period. The end! I bought a floor sample shag rug from Pottery Barn that was traffic stained and 75% grey (ish), originally a cream color. One company would not even touch it. Another company was a waste of money. That is why Mark is my savior! I am tempted to write more but feel simple is best. Not overpriced! Professional! Genuine! Relentless! He reinstilled my faith and i am very thankful. One of the best experiences ever. Seriously.

They were so great and efficient! They did not try to push me into buying additional products and they really took the time to take out all the spots I had from my pets! My place smells great and the carpet looks amazing. I would use Fibermark again!!!!!
