I went in for my first facial and let me tell you, Rachel made me forget about everything for an hour! The service was fantastic and relaxing. My face has never been so clean and felt so refreshed.

This spa is a total hidden gem! I had never heard of it before, but when I saw the $60 special on Living Social I just couldn't pass it up. GPS was a little tricky with finding the place, but once I got there, I was greeted warmly by the front desk who showed me to the back and made sure I was comfortable before they went back to the front. It was very clean and smelled AMAZING.. they must have some great candles. All the services were above par. I got MORE than my money's worth!

I have waited 4-5 months now to write this review. I waited because I was going o give the owners the chance to do what they said they would do. Or just simply call me and apologize. But they haven't.
I was given for my birthday in October one of the living social vouchers to this spa. I called and of course it took me awhile to hear back.
I finally scheduled an appt. It was scheduled for a Saturday at 4pm. The Friday before I woke up with a scratchy throat. It got worse; I work at a hospital so I had them do a strep culture. I developed a fever and the culture came back positive. I got the result around 4:30pm. I called the spa right away to cancel the appt and was told I would lose my voucher and could not reschedule because I did not give a 24hour notice. What? I am giving you at 23.5 hour notice. On top of that I have strep throat, and a fever. I was astounded! On top of it all the manager whose name starts with a "B" was completely rude and unforgiving. On my way home I thought about how she must have misunderstood, this was ridiculous, so I tried calling her again, and my husband tried talking to her as well. She explained that I did not give a 24hour notice so there was nothing she could do. She flat out said at one point "do you know how long people wait to get in this place? We have a waiting list a mile long" I said "GREAT! Then it will not be a problem getting someone to take my spot, so I can reschedule and you want loose the spot" She said "I don't have time to call people on the wait list! I work until 6 and I leave at 6." So we even offered to call people on the list for her. It had digressed to a LOL situation.

We finally got her to agree that if someone called for a last min appointment that she would put them in my slot and still let me use my voucher. The next day we called around 12pm to see if anyone had called in. And she said no. So I told her that was fine, I would come in. It was a present from my sister who is a struggling college student/mom. Money is not something she just has to throw away, and I would just suffer thru. Then the manager told me I wasn't allowed, because I had informed her I had strep and could not come in. At this point I thought I was in the twilight zone! What was happening?

Needless to say, at this point I was enraged. I told the manager that I was going to come down there and stand outside of the building and let everyone know that walked in how I had been treated, and that I was planning on writing the owners. A couple weeks later I was called by another manager, who asked me what happened and apologized. She asked me to please come in to the office because the owner/chiropractor would like to speak to me. However when I go there, it was clear that was not the case. He seemed agitated right from the start at my presence. He did not apologize for the manager who treated me that way. We said that he would honor my voucher and I was welcome to come back, and that he has always had problems with the manager that was so rude to me. So much so, he has moved her to another clinic. He then proceeded to tell me that she even challenges him on a regular basis. At that point I really did know that I was going nowhere. No business owner in their right mind would EVER let someone treat their customers the way she treated me, and definitely not tolerate the manager being disrespectful to them. Unless the relationship is more than a business one, which wouldn??t surprise me with how utterly trashy these people are. He asked me what I would like to see come from this. I said I would like a written apology. He said that she wouldn??t do that. I said, I am aware of that, but you can tell her to or leave. I wanted the woman to experience little humility. A dose of medicine she is in desperate need of. I told him I would wait for one before I wrote a negative review. 4-5 months later and I still do not have it. How sad.
The other manager insisted I come back to experience the spa. I will be brief here. The carpet is old and shaggy. The place is old and dingy. The facial technician used a stainless steel mixing bowl for the water and went into the pedicure room and used an old sink that looks like it was from the 40??s. The same one the pedicurist used to clean utensils in. And did it right in front of everyone in the waiting room. GROSS! Half way thru the facial she apologized for how unprofessional everything was, and I had not even said a word. She was almost in tears and talked about how awful it was to work there. LOL! I could not believe it! Was I there to relax or to council? The rest of it was all the same, do I even need to explain the rest. I could not wait to get out of there.

I was very pleased when I went to this spa for a Milk and Honey pedicure..My friend bought me a gift certificate..first thing I was asked was there any concerns or questions I had about my feet..which I did..Debra didn't waste no time telling me what the answers were..she told me what to do at home to better the appearance of my feet..what to use..she knows her stuff. I will continue to go to her in the future..thanks Debra

my daughter and I recently went in there for the living social vouchers that we bought months ago. It was a little tricky to schedule them, but the wait was more than worth it!! We wanted to have a girl's day for her 17th birthday and it was so much fun. Our massages were amazing, our toes look the best they ever have (Debra really does quality pedicures and doesn't rush through it!), and our facials were also wonderful. Go check them out!!!

I have been reading all of these reviews, and was disturbed by the ones who bashed the spa... i had a great time there. Me and my friend went in for a living social coupon, and did a spa day. All the service providers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Any questions I had were answered without hesitation and i felt completely comfortable. My friend also really enjoyed her experience. We will both be back!!

I had never heard of this place until I purchased a coupon through Living Social. I had always thought it was just a doctor's office, but when the front desk takes you to the back, it's like a whole other world. It's quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. I had all 3 services done on the same day.. (massage, faical, and pedi) and they were all great!!! ...the nail tech was very knowledgable, the massage therapist very experienced, and the woman who did my facial made sure she explained every procedure as she did them. I would highly reccomend them!!

I had the best facial I have ever had! I've gone to more popular day spas and have not had the treatment like I had at Nirvelli. It was very personal and not just a quick treatment like other places. Amber did my facial and she was great. She talked to me and told me each thing she was doing as she did it. She gave me a great massage and wonderful facial. I bought a gift certificate for the Cranberry Enzyme facial and it was awesome. I scheduled my next appointment while I was there and the sweet girl at the front desk gave me 10% off which was unexpected and very nice. I am going to get a massage and another facial when I come next and am really excited. I have recommended this spa to many of my friends and family and hope more people will come to get a great experience like I did!

I have been having back pain for over 10 years due to a car accident when I was in my late teens. I recently went to Nirvelli to have a deep tissue massage, which was recommended by a friend of mine who deals with the same type of back pain. I saw Tracey, and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgable and made sure the pressure was okay and that I was comfortable the whole time. She explained I may be a little sore the next day, which she was right, but it was all for the best to work out the kinks. I will definitely be back...my back hasn't felt this great in YEARS!

Well, first of all I was very excited about my spa day..I walked in everyone said hi to me..I filled out paper work and was taken back to the waiting room they offered me hot tea .I had my pedicure first...she brought me into the room and ask me to pick out a polish color..I needed help doing that so she help me. her pedis are great..she knows her job very well..I was very impressed with my colored toes. I even re booked with her..my facial was great..rachel is a very sweet girl .She used great products..Anut did my message..I didn't want to get off the table..I felt like a rubber band,,very relaxed.......I WILL BE BACK

The girls who did my services were really nice and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. The massage was so good I did not want it to end. I recently went into Nirvelli Day Spa for a facial and an eyebrow wax. I have been getting eyebrow waxes frequently for years now, but the esthetician that I had was AWESOME. She did a great job shaping my brows and made sure I was comfortable with it before I left. I also had a facial, and it was my first one ever, and let me tell you, it was incredible. I felt so relaxed and pampered for the 1.5 hours that I was there. I will definitely be back!

I went to Nirvelli Day Spa for a much needed medical massage I am in the military and have been having neck and back problems for years. I saw Tracey the head massage therapist for an hour massage. If you want results then go to this place and schedule with Tracey she's the best massage therapist I have ever had!!!!

I have had bags under my eyes for years. My wedding was coming up fast and I scheduled an eye treatment that my friend recommended at Nirvelli Day Spa. I went there and I thought the front desk staff the office and the girl that did my treatment was fantastic!! I actually noticed results right away and I purchased an at home eye treatment that I can do once a month. I love this place!!!!! Try Amber for your eye treatments she's the best in my opinion.

I cant hardly believe what a thrill I had at this spa..I was so relaxed,pampered. First I got my facial with Rachel.it was amazing..She explained everything she was doing to my face. She is a very sweet girl..it was great..Next I got my massage from Ella..I felt so relaxed.She worked the areas that were tight..Great job..Then I got my pedicure..I really don't know how to explain..Lets just say Debra made my feet look like and feel like a new born baby.I had very dry,cracked heels..NOW they are soft and I wont drag the sheets off my husband.Amazing what she can do..U go girl..Thanks everyone.

No one made eye contact. The massage was mediocre. The facial was ok. The pedicure was terrible. The woman who did my pedicure complained about working for so long without a break. She told me the other manicurist couldn't handle the pace. She applied a callous cream to the soles of my feet. After letting it soak in for a few minutes, she started to scrape it off with her finger nails! I had to ask her to stop scratching my feet and to use a pumice stone instead! I hope my toe nails don't turn yellow and green! I have no confidence it the competence or training of anyone I dealt with today. I will NOT return and DO NOT recommend this place....

I bought a living social coupon for what the spa calls the Ceremony of the Aponi,which was 3 services.I had Dawna for my facial and she was wonderful,then I had Nicole for my pedicure...it was amazing and last I had Tracy for my massage,it was the best massage I have ever had.It took me awhile to get in but it was well worth the wait.When time to check out I was told they would be happy to check my insurance to see if Chiropractic was covered and it was.So now I have a great Chiropractic.I am happy with the end result. I might be a guy but it is ok to be pampered.Thanks to my wonderful wife for getting me this.

I purchased two vouchers for spa packages through Living Social to use for a girls weekend when my best friend came to visit. We planned her visit months in advance and I attempted to reach the spa to schedule appointments for 3 weeks. THREE WEEKS. No one ever answered the phone. When I finally was able to catch someone on the phone, I was told that they could not schedule me for a weekend appointment until 3.5 months out. (They are clearly not interested in allowing the redemption of the Living Social vouchers.) When they finally gave me a day to schedule, they required that I give them my credit card number to hold the appointment -- even though I'd alread paid in full through Living Social. When I realized that it would probably be a cold day in hell before I was able to get someone on the phone again at that place, so the odds of my being able to actually cancel were null, I asked her to take me off the appointment calendar. And I called Living Social and got my money back. On the upside, Living Social was really easy to work with and refunded my money with no questions asked.

In the sense of full disclosure, I have never set foot inside this spa. However, given the particularly sad state of customer service I received in trying to schedule my appointment, I feel very comfortable in giving them a 1 star rating.

I purchased two vouchers for spa packages through Living Social to use for a girls weekend when my best friend came to visit. We planned her visit months in advance and I attempted to reach the spa to schedule appointments for 3 weeks. THREE WEEKS. No one ever answered the phone. When I finally was able to catch someone on the phone, I was told that they could not schedule me for a weekend appointment until 3.5 months out. (They are clearly not interested in allowing the redemption of the Living Social vouchers.) When they finally gave me a day to schedule, they required that I give them my credit card number to hold the appointment -- even though I'd alread paid in full through Living Social. Ladies.. sometimes you just have to listen to your gut - and when mine said "Get up and leave.." - I really should have listened. We've all been to spas, med spas, health spas... I mean you all know what the basics are.. suppose to be clean, relaxing, esthetically beautiful .. a bit of an indulgent escape from our hectic schedules right? Well.. this was the very furthest from all that. They share space with a chiropractor - so you have to walk through the doctor's clean tiled office spaces to actually get back and onto 'the spas' dirty 3" long 1970's wall-to-wall tan shag carpeted areas...and yes.. even the treatment rooms are shag carpeted -- how disgusting is that?! I sat in a small, cluttered creepy waiting area which was for some reason decorated with dusty, cheesy plastic Indian dolls... and yes I mean the children's kind with head dresses, braids and mocassins.. and I don't mean just one.. I counted at least 4... add to that the 1950's wood paneling on the walls, cheap "state fair' style pictures of Native American women together with the random feathered dream catchers... lol -- it was ridiculous. I was scheduled for the "Hot Mama" facial - suppose to be the best and I waited a whole month to get this appointment. The girl brought me into a 'treatment' room - holy cow! - it was sick... I actually took pictures with my phone because I know my friends would think I was exaggerating when I told them how thread bare the flimsy little sheet was, how frayed the headband was or how nastily stained and full of holes the wrap around terry facial robe was... I was stunned... I kid you not.. the rags I wash my car with are in better shape than the 'spa linens' they laid out for me to use. I should have left... but I didn't... I thought.. well the service must be mind blowingly good - I told myself not to judge a book by it's cover. I should have listened to myself and just left.. the skills of the technician couldn't have possibly have been any worse! I can't believe it was SO bad.. I spent the whole appointment fretting about the filth of the carpet in the treatment room, the lack of qualifications of the technician and the cleanliness of the equipment and brushes she was using - I wouldn't even let her do extractions... I mean isn't it facial 101 that when applying creams etc that the motions are UPWARD!!! Holy cow.. she was using dragging motions in the direction of my eyes to my chin!!! I was suppose to receive a wonderful arm and hand massage - it was lame and useless; scalp massage... omg - horrible... I actually just told her to stop because she wasn't doing anything productive except messing my hair - it was annoying and pointless... didn't hit any pressure points - nada nothing. It was called "Hot Mama" facial because they were suppose to use hot stones in my massage.. well if you call running a warm stone down the upper part of your arm a few times a special "hot stone massage" then check that one off. I don't want to give this place ANY rating - it definitely DID NOT rate on any level as an enjoyable spa experience for me - I have 3 other pre-paid groupons for this place and I won't even give them away to friends because it was so bad... I'm sad I wasted 75 minutes of my life there. You can usually find at least 1 redeeming quality in a place.. but short of the pleasant and welcoming receptionist... I sadly can't give you one :-( Spend your money at a REAL spa that has a beautiful ambiance and high quality services. This place wasn't cheap - I paid $40 for my Groupon (which was worth $80 of services) and then on top of that... I had to pay another $50 for this service... so I was out of pocket $90... that's just sick... the express spa services at the airport are better and more relaxing.

Not the best massage that I've had, but the lady was nice enough. The doctor who did the "free" chiropractic consult was rushed and rude. And a few weeks later I received a statement from my health insurance that they had filed for services that I really didn't receive. If the consult was free, why would they file? Not happy with this place at all.

I had the signature facial. Services at a glance seem pricey, however the level of service more than justifies that. My esthetician was top notch and the products are amazing. I will be going back for more.

For the record, I'm an African American woman and have had trouble sometimes finding products or services that worked well on my skin.
