Wouldn't switch even if it were less

I've been with Joilyn for a good many years now. Her and her staff are always friendly and willing to help. Any time I've needed them they were there for me; even if it was just me with stupid questions. Though I may have asked some dumb questions, they've never made me feel stupid for asking. My wife actually switched us from Farmers to All State and at the time I wasn't happy, that was until I found out how great the Hanley team were. The only thing I have to gripe about is the location; 2nd St, ugh... nightmare to get in and out of but other than that top notch.
Pros: Always willing to help and advise
