Her and her staff are always friendly and willing to help. Any time I've needed them they were there for me; even if it was just me with stupid questions. Though I may have asked some dumb questions, they've never made me feel stupid for asking. My wife actually switched us from Farmers to All State and at the time I wasn't happy, that was until I found out how great the Hanley team were.
