AWFUL! absolutely the worst Chilis I have ever been to! I loved their grilled chicken sandwhich up until lunch this day.. waitress was terrible.. first off she gave me the wrong info on the chicken sandwhich and then brought me out the sandwhich made completely different from the way she told me it would be.. then took more than ten minutes to bring out a side of dressing.. sandwhich was cold and even nastier than it was when she first brought it out! the chips we started off with were even stale! do not reccommend and definitely will NEVER go back

Me and my kids like to go to Chili's grill and bar. They always have good service and I have been satisfied with any food purchase I have gotten in the past. I recommend this resturaunt as I visit frequently. Sit in the bar area and yau can visit as well as watch the game...

Large and roomy inside. Service was great. Tables and booths weren't crowded together. It was the first time to have their soup and it was very good. Prices were good.

We arrived on a Saturday night around 9:30 pm. The place wasn't really that busy. We placed our order and waited for about 25 minutes. We almost left. Every body's order was correct except mine. I ordered grilled shrimp Alfredo and ended up with Cajun grilled chicken pasta. Stupid me didn't realize till I took a bite. Way, way, too spicy! We told the waitress and she took off before I could finish the sentence. I was still being civilized at the time. We finally ended up with the manager who gave us the obligatory "we're sorry, we screwed up"... she basically took the bullet for the waitress and cooks. So, food just isn't quite right, wait staff needs major improvement, and the manager that night deserves a raise.
