Terrible service and Liars in the Parts Department! My wife went in to trade a helmet that I bought her as a gift. She picked out one (Full-face) that would cost $180 compared to the $79.00 one I bought her. We also had picked out some snowmobile goggles. The first parts guy said he didn't think it would be a problem as we had the receipt and all tags were clearly on the unused helmet. Then his partner got off the phone and informed us they have a "strict" (ridiculous) 24 hr policy on helmets, but he would need to check with the manager.

When we got back to the counter with all of the stuff we were gonna buy we were informed the manager said no. Fine so we left our things on the counter and told them we'd be glad to take our business elsewhere. When I got to the car I called and asked for the manager, and was told that he was not in. I told them that was funny since I was told that he just made a big decision to discard my business. Then a little stuttering and stammering as the fellow said he must have j-j-j just stepped out!

They have lost my business forever

Though ProCal Longview can stand on it??s own merit, I thought I??d say it??s the ONLY motorcycle dealership I will go with. My husband and I do all our own bike maintenance (currently own 3 Honda??s and 1 Suzuki), as well the maintenance on the fleet of 24 motorcycles for the Vancouver Parks and Rec Motorcycle Safety Program @ the Clark County Fairgrounds. I started doing business with Grant in parts many years ago (when they were still Powersports) and I kept coming back because he and his staff (HI Jeannie, HI Walt!) have NEVER talked down to me about knowing which parts I need, which seemed to be a problem everywhere else I had tried.

Doug in Sales has never failed to greet me with a smile and friendly ??hello!?? when I come through the door, always willing to talk to me about the latest models on the showroom floor even though he??s never sold me a bike?.(keep after it Doug, I still have my heart set on that ST1300 some day!)

In short, I??ve never left ProCal Longview with anything but a smile on my face, which is why I keep going back.

Over the years I have purchased many motorcycles, and four have been bought from this establishment.

Doug Glidden is not only my friend, but my salesperson as well. I will only buy a motorcycle from someone who is devoted to this sport and knows how important a purchase like this is. It is hard to find a salesperson who eats, breathes, and lives motorcycles. He is that person.

On my latest purchase, Doug and Steve worked with me until we all felt great in their sale and my purchase. I can truly say that I walked out of that store happy. Being able to purchase in my community and keep business here is extremely important, and I wouldn't do this if they weren't a top notch motorcycle shop.

Keep it helmet side up...

Pros: Great professional and helpful staff

Great Service!! Pro Caliber is great to work with. I recently purchased a bike there and encourage everyone to stop in to check it out. It is always good to see their friendly and helpful staff. If you are looking for a new or used machine, need parts or service, this is the only place to go!!
