i would give this shite hole no stars if possible. extremely rude and completely un-customer oriented. i should have known better than to grace this place with my business again as i have been unsatisfied with them for years. mostly for exorbitant part pricing but sometimes you have to deal with it. NOT ONE MORE TIME will i step foot in this place. i needed a throttle cable for my scooter. expected high price so i called. on the phone he started to quote $28, then said that sounded high (which i fully agreed with on the phone) and went back to check. Nope, $22. still a touch high as i checked internet and the first two i found were $15 including shipping and $18 including shipping so i said ok, 4-5 bucks more to get it today fine. when i got there, better than 25 mile one way, i was told sorry for the mix up but it is indeed $28. i told him what he said and how much they are on the internet he said fine buy it on the internet if you want to wait for it.in no way tried to placate me, the customer. hating it i paid. and the damn thing wasn't the right cable. was told come back and they will find the right one. the only one they had that would work was old, corroded, and had a break in the cover so i asked for a discount. oh no, this is a new cable. i showed him and he said it just sat on the hook and was new. i said look at this and the one i'm returning. it was new this one isn't. he said "i'll just give you your money back and keep both". i was pissed but told him i would take it because i needed my transportation he said "no, i won't be called a liar, i will not sell this to you"
i got my money back and will never set foot in that place again. i know they can't sell for what they pay but generally a store will charge double what they pay. they are charging 4 and 5 times the cost to them. example: brake pads. $4 a pair online plus 2-5 for shipping and they work great. their price 2 yrs ago was 15 plus tax and i had to grind them on the pavement to make them fit. out of a box of about 50 pairs so my guess is they paid about $2 a pair plus actual weighted shipping on the whole box. 7.5 times the price they pay. or how about $37 for a 12 dollar r/r?
this place does not care about it's customers and will not care about you. go ANYWHERE else. they DO NOT DESERVE your business.
both of the folks i talked to were instantly and movingly rude if you questioned them in any way. my guess is that they deal with it so consistently all day every day that they get pissed. unfortunately they haven';t figured out that the problem is THEM, not the customer. this place really should just close it's doors.

READ THE REVIEWS AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!

They do charge an up front fee. Charged me $60 up front just to drop off my four wheeler. THEY HAVE MY FOUR WHEELER! Why do they need a security deposit? That should set off red flags with anyone but they have Jimbo Eubanks old establishment and he had a very good name so I trusted them. My HUGE mistake. I took my four wheeler there because it sat over the winter and needed a battery or a charge because it wouldn't start and it needed a governor screw because my wife misplaced it. They told me it would be a couple days. I called a week later and they said they hadn't looked at it yet. I got a call two days after I called them and they said it was ready and the bill was $170! When I started questioning why it was $170, what they did and why they did all this work without asking my permission, the owner literally started yelling at me. He yelled at me for a couple minutes how it was MY FAULT for bringing it in there needing all this work and then he hung up on me. So I called back and he yelled at me again! They replaced the battery "did I mention I bought the battery from them last year and told them that?" so they replaced the battery with no warranty, until I told them to charge the old battery, which they did and it turns out it is fine so they took the new battery out. Oh, and come to find out, they apparently misplaced the bracket holding the battery in place and instead secured the battery with zip ties! Freakin zip ties!!! They said it needed a new fuel valve so they replaced it, new spark plug even though the one that came out looked fine, they said it needed an oil change "how could they tell?" and they said it needed new gas. ALL OF THIS, I could have done myself and would have elected to do myself had I been given the option. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING THERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They charge security deposit to leave YOUR machine there for work, this is a RIP OFF. Then, they do exorbitant amounts of work WITHTOUT YORU PERMISSION AND SURPRISE YOU WITH THE BILL! There is absolutely no good out of doing business there. They are still riding Jimbo Eubanks coat tails for business and need to be run out of town for their lies, dishonesty and outright abhorrent customer service. They should change their name from Ultra Power Sports to Ultra Rip-Off Shack.
