They did the job they were supposed to. However in the process of trimming the limbs they let some branches drop on my property damaging some plants and left branches on my side of the fence, after they left the job site. I have contacted them a couple of times, both times I got promises that they will inspect the damage and buy all the plants that their people damaged. I am not after money, just replacing the damaged plants would have suficed.
