DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are not concerned about helping you and the dispatch lady is extremely rude! If I could rate zero stars, or even negative stars for that matter, I would! This morning while on my way to work through the Corral Hollow Road (where there is NO cell service for 20+ miles for anyone), I happened upon a broken down car that clearly needed a tow. I pulled over and offered to call for help when I reached the point of civilization and had cell service again. He graciously accepted, and I was on my way. When I hit Greenville Road and had service again, I searched for the nearest tow company and R Lance & Sons Towing came up as the closest, so I called. HUGE MISTAKE. The lady answered the phone in a tone as if I just paraded in on her beauty sleep. At first I asked if they towed out of Corral Hollow Road since it is pretty rural. She asked where on Corral Hollow. I told her about half way through on the Alameda County side, roughly 6-8 minutes in, from Greenville Road. She, very rudely, said she needed an exact location. I told her I couldn't give her an exact location because it is a 2-lane mountain road with no intersections, no mile markers, nothing to pinpoint him other than to say he is 6-8 minutes east of Greenville Road. She said she cannot send her guy to get a car that he cannot find. At this point, I realize she doesn't want to take the job. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to find anyone on this road. I could locate a turkey walking on the side of the road if the only information I got was that it was near a tree! It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to miss a thing on this road! I made this clear to the dispatch lady, at which point she asked for a description of the vehicle. I told her it was dark out, and on a bend that I had to swerve for, and with cars fast approaching behind me I didn't have time to take inventory of his car description, so I told her it is a small sedan with the hood up. She immediately said, "well I'm not sending my guy on a wild goose chase to find a car you can't even describe!" I was IRRATE at this point. How can you NOT find anyone on this road, let alone a broken down car with the hood up, in the middle of the road, 6-8 minutes east of Greenville? Are the drivers there REALLY that moronic or is it just this dispatch lady? I ended up telling her she clearly didn't want the business, so I would be calling a competent company that actually does what they are in business for - towing cars. Do NOT use this company, save yourself the hassle and give the business to the tow truck companies that actually care about helping you when you're in need.
