Our experience buying cars before visiting this business and location has been overall miserable. In fact, there was almost anything we would rather do than purchase a vehicle, whether new or used. However, after our experience with this business, and working with Jason Pennington and CJ Rubio, we have absolutely no anxiety in purchasing a vehicle again. They made it so pleasant, comfortable and hassle-free that we are actually looking forward to returning for our next family vehicle and those we buy for our kids. If you are going to buy a car, whether new or used, don't waste your time with other dealerships. Just make an appointment here and let them give you the same high quality experience they gave us. My mom, Hannah Morgan, went here May 2014 to buy a car. The Internet sales guy, Dustin Clark whom no longer works there, sold her a used 2010 corolla. Found out they had put the wrong battery in the car within the first week of having the car. So my 60yr old mother got stranded several times until we took the car to Costco and they said the battery was too small, wrong size. I called Roseville Toyota to give them every opportunity to make it right and reimburse us for the battery and they pretty much said it was our responsibility and blew us off. 1st red flag. The vent clips were all broken when we first got in the car at the dealership and we asked if they would fix them, Dustin said they would replace them all. Called several times and spoke to the sales manager, never got a call back, they seemed to ignore us. 2nd red flag. I finally went there a year later, after my mother called again and again throughout the year, to get the issue resolved. I LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND THE DEALERSHIP IS IN SACRAMENTO COUNTY 6 HOURS AWAY! I asked for a manager and AFTER 25 MINUTES some schmuck came out and greeted me. I showed him the car and told him the situation. He said that unfortunately Dustin was fired for making claims like this AND THAT EVERYONE KNOWS TO GET THINGS LIKE THIS IN WRITING. The smug jerk offered to let me use his employee discount to get the parts, they were over $200.00, Gee thanks a$$#ole! So today, I am in Arizona with my mom's car. And we just discovered that the dealership had used superglue to fix a broken odometer button. The 122 degree AZ heat melted the glue. 3rd red flag. I'm not surprised that this is happening since they were shady from the jump. Bunch of jerks, they will sell any lemon to unsuspecting victims. They told us that this car was the dealership's loaner car and we should be very confident that it was well maintained, yeah right! BUYER BEWARE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SHADY LOW DOWN CROOKS. WE WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. They have had a year's worth of opportunities to make the sale of this car right. I am in the market for a new car, and take a wild guess where I won't be taking my business!?! My mom thought that Dustin was very nice and she even went to the dealership the day after she bought the car to give him some lumpia, I hate to say this, but he didn't deserve her kindness and this dealership doesn't deserve to get the business of hard working people. Also, I was just on the dealership's website, they do not post any review under 3 stars...gee I wonder why?

One of their Fleet Managers, Nelson P, lured me to their dealership by promising me a vehicle at the price that I offered. We ended up spending a total of over 6 hours with these unscrupulous people waiting for them to keep their word. Their staff kept on playing tricks and said that they don't have the vehicle that they agreed to sell and tried to sell me something else. When that didn't work, they finally told me that that they will call me later in the week when the vehicle arrives. I never heard back from them. Stay away from this unscrupulous business.

My son needed me to co-sign because he was unable to get financing on his own so i proceeded to start what i thought was going to be a whole day of haggeling. when we arrived we were greeted by Long Tran who did an excellent job of explaining our options. we then went through the signing of all the paper work and took delivery of a certified tacoma. roseville toyota did it again! they earned another satisfied customer for life.

went in got a truck......6 weeks later they couldn't find a bank to do the loan....wanted to give us another truck. tried to screw us over and lied lied lied. now we have no truck,,,,,nothing. The people that were involved in this deal and that you should avoid at all costs are : MIKE DANGELO "BIG MIKE" - DJ SINGH - ERIC OLSON - THOMAS FAGAN - STEVE SADIES - JOE BEITZEL - LANCE DAUERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my Avalon in for warrantee repairs to replace dragging seat belts and asked if they would check to see why my cigarette lighter/power outlet was non functional. I specically asked if a fuse needed replacing. They called me and said there were no faulty fuses and that the cause would be a loose wire for which they would need to remove the dashboard to correct. This would not be covered under warrantee and I would have to pay approximately $250. I declined and took it to my regular mechanic, who replaced the faulty fuse for a few dollars!!!

We went shopping for a new car for my son. Our salesman was extremely helpful and while we didn't know what car we wanted, he walked us through many different makes and models.

We found the perfect Scion for him. They gave us a great value for our trade in.

It was a very nice experience, and I hate car shopping.

Do not go this dealership! I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! They have a bad reputation for lying to customers. I didn't know this ofcourse, so I took in my 2007 Toyota Yaris for a car oil change. When we were approached by a salesman that promised us everything, yada, yada, yada. Then what really caught my attention was a special that they had going on. If I was to trade in my car for a 2007 Camry, and if I had good credit, I would qualify for a 3.9% APR. Ofcourse I qualified, with a 750 credit score. So I did that, and since they did not tell me that it was only for a 5 year contract, I signed for a 7 year instead. When I went back in to ask them about the apr they promised, they said sure, BUT you have to put MORE money down on your payment. On top of what I had already put down? I met with the general sales manager, and ofcourse he wasn't going to help me. I called the dealership a lie, and called him a liar to his face, and he had to say in his defense. Boy was he embrassed. They may look at me like a little kid, but WHAT THE ****! I did the only thing to do, I reported them. That was when I found out how bad their rep was. Check it out if I was you, its open to the public. They've had compliants from harassment to contracts. Yes, contracts, and they said there's nothing you can do after you sign something. Yeah right, don't let them get away with trying to screw you or anyone you care about. They are way too pushy, and their prices are way more than other dealerships, really. I did eventually get my apr that I qualified for, but I had to fight for it. How stupid is that? DO NOT GO THIS DEALERSHIP! I WILL BE HEARD! Believe me, they know who I am.
