Whatever your dream is -- simple Shaker, Southwest, French Country or ultra-modern -- we can create it here, at Kitchen Galleries. We offer an extensive line of fine cabinetry from Crystal, Pacific Crest, Diamond, Merillat, KitchenCraft, Porcher, Ronbow, Sagehill Designs, and Woodpro. We take the process step by step, starting with a design consultation, through selecting materials, creating a detailed design and completing with timely delivery. Start the process today by visiting our beautiful showroom centrally located in the Silicon Valley: We cannot be happier! For years we lived in brand new homes which were comfortable but did not necessarily have the style and design we would like. When we decided to buy a 48 yr old house in spring 2005, we wanted to make it truly the way we would like. We asked Kitchen Gallery to design the kitchen, the laundry room and 3 bathrooms (two bathrooms required moving interior walls). They listened to what we wanted and came up with designs that exceeded our expectation. They were also very thoughtful and attended to details in every step. Today, we have a beautiful new house, our dream kitchen, and 3 beautiful bathrooms. We just cannot be any happier! - Sharon Peterson, Los Altos

Ratings_icons Great choice!

Yulia K.

I learned about Kitchen Galleries from a friend who had remodeled their kitchen with them a few years ago. The designers were recommended as professional, easy-going and willing to work with not-so-high budgets. I was apprehensive because they are known designers and have their work published in several magazines., so I assumed they would be quite expensive. I was in for a few nice surprises.

Marina came out to my house to measure, we discussed some design ideas, my time frame and my budget. Then she helped me select cabinetry, countertop, sink and faucet, and even recommended an appliance store (University Electric). She also gave me a list of general contractors that work closely with Kitchen Galleries, although are not their employees.

I could not be happier with the new kitchen layout and design details, like a raised bartop, additional storage, built-in wine cellar and improved traffic flow from my dining room to the living room. Both Marina and Dario were always available on the phone, and came to the house during the construction at least twice a week. I was so impressed with the cabinetry and counter top, that I hired Kitchen Galleries to redesign first my master bathroom, and then two downstairs baths.

I was also surprised how quickly the project was completed a month and a half and I now have a brand new kitchen, and three new bathrooms! In the beginning I was afraid of possible expensive change orders surprise again! The only change order was a replacement of the old instant hot water system only because the old one could not be salvaged during the demolition.

I recommend Kitchen Galleries, they will take care of you and your home.

Ratings_icons I love my kitchen!!!

Janice H.

I love my Kitchen!!!: If the horrors of a kitchen remodel can be made easier Kitchen Galleries did that for me. Marina and Dario came up with a design and ideas that I would not have imagined possible with the limits of my space. They went beyond just the design phase and helped to find a terrific contractor, and were available for each of the many decisions that needed to be made. I felt comfortable walking into their office with five different floor tiles and asking for their opinion. They added their expertise to all aspects of the remodel, including hand picking the slabs of granite. I could not be happier with the results, and I highly recommend Kitchen Galleries.

Ratings_icons Beautiful Kitchen!

Kitchen Galleries is GREAT!! Dario and Marina listened to what we wanted in a kitchen and designed a beautiful kitchen. Our contractor, Andres Cepeda, made that design a reality - he was wonderful. If any problem came up, Dario and/or Marina were there and it was resolved efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Galleries to anyone! They made the entire process as smooth as possible.

Ratings_icons Beautiful Kitchen and Bathrooms

Kay G.

I knew what I wanted for my kitchen redesign... but Dario came out took measurements and took it a step above. Two must haves, for me, were to move the refrigerator to the otherside of the room and switch from an electric to a gas cooktop. After a couple of trips to their showroom we finalized the design and I chose cabinets and countertop. A trip with Marina to a tile supplier resulted in a beautiful backsplash. The contractor they recommended was very professional and did a fantastic job.
Once I got started I couldn't stop and asked Marina to redesign my bathrooms. Both bathrooms are on the small side; but Marina's design and fixture selection resulted in elegance... giving both rooms a larger feel.
I am pleased to recommend Kitchen Galleries.
Thanks Marina and Dario!

Ratings_icons A Beautiful Kitchen

Robert M.

I thought that I knew what I wanted when I arrived at Kitchen Galleries with a design from one of the big box stores. My plan was to see if they could do it cheaper. Well, Marina and Dario started asking questions and they never attacked my design. The stove was moved from the island, deep drawers were added for pots and pans, a plate rack was placed over the dishwasher and the design allowed easy access to all parts of the kitchen when cooking.

We had a few problems with installation, Dario met several times with the cabinet installer and the issues were resolved.

We have a beautiful kitchen that is extremely functional. Marina and Dario did a great job.

Ratings_icons PROFESSIONAL, CREATIVE, MOST SATISFYING

Deputy K.

PROFESSIONAL, CREATIVE, MOST SATISFYING is the experience me and my wife had with Kitchen Galleries. A few months ago we went to Kitchen Galleries for our upcoming kitchen remodel. We had checked several other companies but found them too expensive or unprofesional. Kitchen Galleries seemed a perfect little company to handle our kitchen, they have a beautiful showroom and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The cabinets, layout, silestone countertop and sinks they recommended were of really high quality and well priced (we had shopped around by then and could compare prices). They did not charge any design fees unlike other companies, Dario came out to the house himself and took measurements. Our custom maple cabinets were delivered on time and right to the house! We were quite impressed with the high level of professionalism and customer service that both Marina and Dario provided. We get a lof of compliments on our new kitchen from friends, family and neighbors. We are extremely happy and highly recommend KG and would use their services again.

Ratings_icons Satisfied Remodeller

So, I don't give out five star reviews to anyone. I also saw a lot of reviews here from one- or two-review people and wondered if they were all real. But I figured it couldn't hurt to go over and scope out the showroom on my own, because I usually have pretty good radar for whether someone is full of it or not. After talking to Marina for about fifteen minutes I decided I wanted to have these guys do my kitchen counters. In the first meeting (total cold-call walk in) I paid a lot of attention to the questions she was asking me and the information she was giving me, because in my book unprompted detail tells me a lot about how detail-oriented someone is. She told me all about stainless steel sink gauge *without me having to ask* -- which told me I could stop worrying about having to understand all the details on my own and just let her make recommendations. I gave her my measurements of the kitchen and she had the quartz guys put together a quote for it. The quote was *under* the estimate I got from another company in San Carlos last year. What's more, it also included tear-out and plywood leveling, which the other company had pretty much brushed off as "well, that's your problem, we don't do that." So I said, what the heck, let's do this. Tile counters came out on a Friday; quartz counters were installed two weeks later. No delays, no snags. Kitchen Galleries also didn't give me trouble about "only" wanting to do my counters, unlike a couple of other places (et tu, Home Depot) who wanted me to rip out the whole kitchen because leveling existing cabinets is too hard. Sure, I'd do the whole thing if I had 40 grand, but the cabinets are only 15 years old and in good shape, it's just that revolting white tile and mildewed grout I wanted to get rid of.(And as it turned out, my plywood was in good enough shape AND level, so they didn't have to replace it and knocked it off the price!)KG also recommended a plumber to help me disconnect and reconnect the sink and various appliances (no DIY'er I). That was as close as it got to "hidden" costs in the remodel, well, aside from me deciding I was under budget and thus totally deserved a new dishwasher and a sexy stainless steel faucet, air gap and soap dispenser. Ahem. The only hiccup in the whole process was Marina switched computers and for awhile I wasn't getting any emails from her even though her computer swore it was sending them. That kinda sucked. Other than that, all communications were extremely prompt and I never had to chase her down for something. And anyway, I totally prefer emails to phone tag -- she'd often reply within the hour, too. Anyway, I am very pleased with this remodel, and like I said, I never hand out five-star reviews. Check 'em out. Sure, you could wear yourself out researching stone guys and plumbers and installers and demolition crews and haulaway services, or you can just go with good people who know good people, and I'm definitely in the latter camp. And I didn't even do anything requiring bigtime design skills!

Ratings_icons I AM THRILLED WITH MY KITCHEN

Lilian M.

I am thrilled with my new kitchen. Marina initially came to my house to help decide what would work for me, and she, Dario, and Cathy were always friendly and helpful and full of good ideas about how to design the best possible kitchen to fit my taste and needs. Their patience was wonderful. I would be happy to use their services again when the time comes to do a bathroom.

Frank C.

Kitchen Galleries did a great job designing our new kitchen. Cathy and Dario were full of great ideas, yet very open to input from us. Kitchen Design was also very aware of our budget and helped us stay within it. We have one more bathroom to remodel and Kitchen Galleries will be our first call. I have already and will continue to recommend them to all my friends, family and clients!

Ratings_icons These guys are fantastic!

Newbees M.

These guys are fantastic! The cabinets they spec'd are top notch and the kitchen design is amazing. The support during the build was amazing in their direction for the contractor and their attention to details.
Everything works, and there's nothing doors that interfer with each other or drawers that can't be pulled out all of the way.
We can't say enough good things about them.

Ratings_icons Great design and products!

Jack N.

Marina and Dario helped me and my wife design and remodel a house we inherited from her parents. Dario came over at no charge, took measurements of both bathrooms and the kitchen. A few days later he came up with a nice design for the kitchen, Marina with really elegant design for the baths. We were impressed. The prices seemed very competitive and we placed the orders. Kitchen Galleries helped find a wonderful installer whose attention to detail was more that any homeowner can wish for. The house was fixed and sold for over asking price! We were so impressed that we later went back to Kitchen Galleries to redesign a kitchen and two bathrooms in our own home. Needless to say - with creative layouts, beautiful products of high quality and immaculate installation the project turned out success once again. Thank you, Marina and Dario!

Ratings_icons Bad Experience

Anonymous

We would NEVER do business with this company again. The measurements they took were incorrect in many places, and we were not able to verify this until it was time for the cabinets to be installed. By then, of course, we had signed off on the measurements. The sinks we selected for our kitchen and laundry room had to be returned because they wouldn't fit in the cabinets (even though we provided the specs for the sinks). The crown molding for one set of cabinets is two different colors. Some things simply never arrived. According to Kitchen Galleries this is all our fault and they refuse to take any responsibility for the possibility that they may have been the slightest bit in error. According to them, all problems are the fault of our builders. The cabinet installers can't believe how sloppy the measurements were. They have been rude, dismissive and condescending. All of this after spending $88K with them. I regret the day I walked through their doors and would NEVER recommend them.
