Dealing with Kitchen Galleries couldn't be easier.
Their expertise in design and the quality of their products
can't be beat. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and
bathrooms. I especially love the pullout drawers in the pantry
and our beautiful countertops. Everything went smoothly and
on time. It was truly a great experience.

I am thrilled with my new kitchen. Marina initially came to my house to help decide what would work for me, and she, Dario, and Cathy were always friendly and helpful and full of good ideas about how to design the best possible kitchen to fit my taste and needs. Their patience was wonderful. I would be happy to use their services again when the time comes to do a bathroom.

My Husband and I were very happy with the design that Kathy picked out for us and the whole process was very fun and it was awesome to see the finished product. We highly recommend the Kitchen Galleries and will call upon them again for help with the other bathroom and our kitchen. see ya soon!!!!

Kitchen Galleries did a great job designing our new kitchen. Cathy and Dario were full of great ideas, yet very open to input from us. Kitchen Design was also very aware of our budget and helped us stay within it. We have one more bathroom to remodel and Kitchen Galleries will be our first call. I have already and will continue to recommend them to all my friends, family and clients!

These guys are fantastic! The cabinets they spec'd are top notch and the kitchen design is amazing. The support during the build was amazing in their direction for the contractor and their attention to details.
Everything works, and there's nothing doors that interfer with each other or drawers that can't be pulled out all of the way.
We can't say enough good things about them.

Marina and Dario helped me and my wife design and remodel a house we inherited from her parents. Dario came over at no charge, took measurements of both bathrooms and the kitchen. A few days later he came up with a nice design for the kitchen, Marina with really elegant design for the baths. We were impressed. The prices seemed very competitive and we placed the orders. Kitchen Galleries helped find a wonderful installer whose attention to detail was more that any homeowner can wish for. The house was fixed and sold for over asking price! We were so impressed that we later went back to Kitchen Galleries to redesign a kitchen and two bathrooms in our own home. Needless to say - with creative layouts, beautiful products of high quality and immaculate installation the project turned out success once again. Thank you, Marina and Dario!

We would NEVER do business with this company again. The measurements they took were incorrect in many places, and we were not able to verify this until it was time for the cabinets to be installed. By then, of course, we had signed off on the measurements. The sinks we selected for our kitchen and laundry room had to be returned because they wouldn't fit in the cabinets (even though we provided the specs for the sinks). The crown molding for one set of cabinets is two different colors. Some things simply never arrived. According to Kitchen Galleries this is all our fault and they refuse to take any responsibility for the possibility that they may have been the slightest bit in error. According to them, all problems are the fault of our builders. The cabinet installers can't believe how sloppy the measurements were. They have been rude, dismissive and condescending. All of this after spending $88K with them. I regret the day I walked through their doors and would NEVER recommend them.

Our kitchen was finished in Dec 07 with some damaged cabinets, covered under the KitchenCraft warranty, but require that Kitchen Galleries (KG), turn in the list of items needing warranty coverage. KG will not turn in the list until we pay everything they think we owe. KG keeps creating new charges monthly, such as over $300 for a combo of: handles they never delivered to us; restocking fees; shipping fees; freight fees, all of which they never advised prior to purchase. Even being charged nearly $1,000 for 2 damaged cabinets which KG refused to take away, now demand that we return them in original packaging or pay full price for these cabinets that their recommended contractor identified as damaged, but he installed. We paid out of our pocket to haul away other cabinets received damaged. The KG charges are being added after their "Final" bill. On top of everything, once again, KG has told us not to e-mail or call them.
