I'll never come back to this place. I don't think they know how to cut hair. I hate what she did to my hair!!! I hate it!!! Never again !!!

Went to this salon because it is very close to where I live. When I walked into the shop, an asian man greeted (or didn't even talk) to me and took my name on a paper and went away without saying anything. Then after a while a stylist came out and called my name. She asked in a muffled voice what I want. Then she didn't even utter a word for the next 5 mins and said that the haircut was over. Didn't even care to ask if I liked it or not.\r

Pros: Not so costly\r
Cons: Everything else

My experience was less than stellar, to say the least. I understand the concept of ""you get what you pay for"" but blatantly not listening to a client is outrageous. I came in for (verbatim) ""a little, tiny trim on the ends and to get long bangs cut"" An Asian stylist (can't remember first name--last name Nyguen--or something close to it) was going to cut my hair. He cut off about 3 inches of hair (I wasn't even really stressing that--I thought--hey, maybe I needed it). He then said he was finished. I then asked him, ""where are the long bangs I asked for?"" ""Ohhh, you want bangs?"" to which I replied, yes, I would like long bangs. I showed him where I wanted them cut. The words ""below eyebrows?"" came out of his mouth to which I responded ""yes."" A minute later, there I was with short bangs ABOVE my eyebrows. I now have that ""special"" look and there is nothing I can do about it. He didn't listen to a word I said. I will never, ever go back.

Pros: It is in a convenient location and is open on Sunday

Cons: Everything else. Stylist didn't listen and did what he wanted. Did not dry my hair either.
