At Henry Property Management, we specialize in residential rental properties in the Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, morrisville and the Southern Wake County area of North Carolina. Our homes come in a wide range of rental prices with most leases lasting a minimum of one year. However, in some cases, different lease lengths can be arranged. For relocating executives, we offer corporate rentals. Most of our rental homes are located in the heart of the Triangle area with easy access to the Research Triangle Park. For landlords, Henry Property Management offers two types of property management options. We offer full service management, which includes finding tenants, completing and executing the lease, collecting rent and arranging for repairs to your property. For landlords who wish to manage their own property but need help finding a tenant, we offer a landlord lease-up service.

Always returns a phone call 5 Star Rating - World class

We have rented from Henry Property Management for 2 years. Our phone calls were always returned. I had heard horror stories about renting homes and how things never got fixed. Every time we called Henry Property Management, the problem was fixed quickly. Although we just bought a house, we will always recommend Henry Property Management. The Henry team will go the extra mile.

Best Property Management Company in Wake County 5 Star Rating - World class

Henry Property Management will go out of their way to help make your move as easy as possible. All of their properties are clean and neat. The maintenance team is first rate.

Pros: Very helpful staff. Great properties. Easy web site to navigate.
Cons: Wished they managed homes in Durham or Chapel Hill.
