I have come here to see results for a carpet cleaning company and see the same for many companies here. So many of the peoples here have many perfect reviews in little time. Does not appear to be real or honest.

So, yet another desperate Small Business which decides to Go to the Dark Side and Fake their own Reviews....thinking that it will increase the bottom line!

Sadly, Henry Property Management...you have made it all too obvious:

Four, 5-Star Reviews inside a week ....for a Property Management company !!! Come on!

...and each of these by a Profiles set up on the same day as the review, and each one only reviews Henry Property Management !!!

OMG people! how do you sleep at Night ???

From the start Henry was a pleasure to work with. Moving from long distance they were able to provide more pictures and info when requested. They were flexible to work with owners about shorter term leasing for shorter-term contract positions. The staff is extremely professional and courteous, and do not treat you like a number. Extremely responsive to repairs, issues, and concerns. I would definitely rent through them again!

Henry Property Management is without a doubt the best property management company around. I've dealt with many other companies and none even come close in comparison. Debbie and her staff are professional, courteous, and honest. The best quality is their quick responsiveness. Each time I call I receive a message within one business day while other companies take much longer to respond (if they do respond at all).

They also give landlords frequent updates on the status of each home. If you have a house for rent, they give you the number of showings and online hits as well as feedback from each showing.

I would highly recommend Henry Property Management to any landlord or tenant.

Debbie forwarded a note to me, and I'm sure several other clients, letting us know we could post a review of the company. These days it's hard to find good service, but as per my earlier review I have been extremely happy with Henry Property Management for about 4 years. My review was not a fake. She rented my property in less than 3 weeks during the down season twice to good renters who pay on time every month and have renewed their leases. Before relocating from California to Cary, my wife contacted Henry Property Management and made an appointment to view some rental properties. We met the agent on the scheduled date and viewed the properties that met our criteria for price, size, and location. The agent was very professional, friendly, and showed a sincere interest in helping us find the right home. She answered all our questions and was willing to show us the same homes more than once when we were still undecided. After we decided on the home we liked, we set down with Debbie and her team to answer any questions or concerns we had before signing the rental agreement. Everyone made us feel welcome, not only as a new renter, but to the community. After we moved in, their commitment to excellence continued. Any issues or questions we have are always resolved in a timely manner, and always with a positive attitude. These people really care about how you like the experience of the home your in. The home we rented is far above our expectations. It?s quiet, clean, in excellent condition, and reminds us more of a vacation rental. If you?re thinking about choosing a rental management company to find a comfortable home, you can?t do better than Henry Property Management! We?re very happy with our decision!

My husband & I were very impressed with the professional, friendly, and helpful personnel at Henry Property Mgmt, and so decided to rent our home from them. This has proven to be wise decision. There have been a couple of emergency repairs needed that one phone call was all it took to get a good serviceman promptly to the house. Less emergent repairs have always been done in a timely fashion as well. It gives us peace of mind having this wonderful company manage our home.

I would like to express my gratitude to Henry Property Management for accomplishing things that I have not been able to do with the homeowners' association where my rental property is located.

They quickly, professionally and pleasantly accomplished this for me and were so polite and courteous and extremely efficient in doing so.

Wow! My family and I relocated to Cary and Henry Property Management made it easy.

The staff at Henry Property Management were very helpful to me and my family during our move to North Carolina.

Henry Property Management was responsive to our needs/request.
Everyone we dealt with was very polite and quick to help. From the
initial phone contact to our final check out.

The property need some cleaning and touch up
before we moved in, particularly the carpet. The day our lease started
all of the cleaning had been completed, the carpets cleaned and the
townhouse was ready for our move in!

During our stay there were a couple of issues with the townhouse but within hours of being notified Henry Property Management responded and had a people in motions to fix the issues.

Also, being able to accommodate our pet was a huge bonus.

I would be happy to recommend Henry Property Managment to anyone!

If your are looking to rent in the Cary/Apex area these folks are great.

If you need someone to take care of you rental, based on the way they took care of this place, you couldn't find better.

As a native to NC and having been in real estate myself, I was dismayed at the terrible management practices of this company: disorganized, dishonest, and unethical. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - especially since I now know there are 9 other property management companies in this area to choose from. Beware!

I have been very satisfied with the professional manner is which my business has been handled and with the accurate and detailed report I received. Additionally, Ms. Henry has called or e-mailed to advise me whenever critical matters arose. Each time she contacted me, she not only informed me, she also offered suggested solutions. The Henry Property Management team have earned my trust by their sustained performance.

We have rented from Henry Property Management for 2 years. Our phone calls were always returned. I had heard horror stories about renting homes and how things never got fixed. Every time we called Henry Property Management, the problem was fixed quickly. Although we just bought a house, we will always recommend Henry Property Management. The Henry team will go the extra mile.

Henry Property Management will go out of their way to help make your move as easy as possible. All of their properties are clean and neat. The maintenance team is first rate.
