Kiddin' Around Daycare

I used KA for a daily daycare for my child while working a part time teaching job with Frisco ISD. I found the staff to be warm, caring, and fun towards the children in their care. My son always had a good time there and I felt was always taken care of by the workers. As for the comment about the bathrooms in a previous post-I found that interesting since they don't allow parents in the bathrooms or play area unless you are on your initial tour. It always looked, smelled, and felt clean (and like I mentioned earlier we went daily for months). Hope you will give them a chance. I will say I like using them during the day when there are more small children there (5 and younger). On date nights there seem to be more older children (6+). I loved the staff though, and felt they were always open and friendly towards me and my husband.

Owned by Debbie Williams, Kiddin' Around Frisco is NOT even fit for dogs.The children are NOT WATCHED and cared for in the manner that they should be. The State Board of Health needs to pay a visit to this place, and I'm sure they will find what I have found on numerous occasions in the past: feces on the toilet seats that our children are using to go potty, food that has been setting out for over the 20 minute maximum, and the staff is feeding this left out food to our children when they get hungry! Not to mention the dried out food on the floors. How unsanitary! Conditions are horrid!!!

I have used Kiddin Around many times and love every aspect of the place. Unlike the previous post, I found the evening manager to be a great deal of help, supportive, she absolutely loves the kids and has always been a pleasure to talk with, she is an asset to Kiddin Around . I do take my children there other times, but prefer to do so at night when she is there, my kids always ask for her by name.
I am sorry you had such an experience, but every place has rules and where it concerns my children, I am happy that they have strict rules for the children as well as adults to abide by.

I took my children a few times and thought it convenient. The problem is that the management does not explain to the parents the program rules and expect you as a parent to know them without being informed when the rules do change. I was badgered by an overbearing and obnxious evening manager who blamed me for their staffing problems and told me that I should have known the rules (even though they were never explained to me; I even apologize but she continued to pester me). I tried speaking to upper management about it but they did follow through with me when I did complain. My conclusion is that if they have obnoxious overbearing managers directing the operations, then I question what type of people they hire to care for the kids.

Used this place multiple times. After you pay the enrollment type of fee and give all shot records and a note from Physician that your childs healthy to play there you are set to drop them off whenever. This place is wonderful for date nights. I personally wouldn't recommend for little babies that can't walk though. Kids age 2-12 love it htough. Small baketball court out back and video games. playground. They really do have fun and make new friends with close supervision. Great for date night when your only out for a few hours. This place has great hours that they are open. The staff love kids so it makes you comfortable. Would recommend to anyone with children over 2. And they offer a great sibling discount. Prices were actually cheaper than local babysitters and your kids don't wreck your house while your gone.
