My flight was delayed by a lousey 20 minutes but took forever to get our luggage at DIA. By the time I got my luggage it was after 11:30 pm. Go to the counter but closed at 11 pm. I go outside to the pick up area and no super shuttle.

We took the Super Shuttle on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 and got on it at 5:45 pm (scheduled for 5:30). The route included Boulder, Westminster and Thornton. We got off in Thornton at 8:45 pm. The bus driver got lost in Boulder, skipped

Super Shuttle SUCKS! Don't use Denver Super Shuttle. What a nightmare - my daughter is now going to be 3.5 hrs late because they didn't pick her up the first round, broke down the second round, and instead of continuing to Fort Collins

Never use this service to pick you up at DIA. I have tried twice during normal business hours, with a prepaid reservation and when I got to the desk was told that I would have to wait for more than two hours before a van could take me to Denver.

Ugh, I get burned every time I take the shuttle from the airport. My average wait time is at least an hour, and at least one time, it was more than two. How this is an acceptable business model I'll never know. The shuttle drivers are always confused and when the vans arrive it's a mad rush to get on (even though you're supposed to have a time booked). At least twice I've been in vans with drivers that blatantly ignored traffic laws and often they take longest route possible in dropping people off. If you have another way to get from the airport I recommend using it.

I was spending the weekend in Denver and had an 8 am flight out and the latest they could pick me up and guarantee that I would make my flight was 425 am. I was down in the lobby, watching the hotel driveway for the shuttle at 420. When my shuttle hadn't arrived by 450, I decided to call super shuttles to see where my shuttle was at. The lady on the phone then proceeded to tell me that the shuttle came but ""could not find me"" and even called the hotel to see if I was there. Both of which were blatant lies, I would have seen the shuttle had they pulled up the hotel and heard the phone ring if they would of called. I even asked fhe desk clerk if they had received a call, they hadnt. When I confonted her about the fact that they had not called the hotel, she told me that it was my fault that I missed the shuttle because when the concierge booked my reservation for me he did not fill out any contact information for me so they couldnt get ahold of me directly. She then told me that I would have to make other arrangements go get to the airport because they had nothing available. I would never trust this company, they tell you they will be there and then when they don't show up they tell you it's your fault and then leave you high and dry.

I have never written a review about a company before, but i have also NEVER had such an awful expierience. Horror doesn't even begin to describe it. We had a late flight so appartently Yellow Cab (owned by the same company) was supposed to come get us. However, they were just too busy picking up the drunks downtown and we were a ""low priority"" even tho we booked weeks in advance. Our plan landed an midnight and, after dealing with terrible customer service and waiting for hours, we finally took a shuttle home at 3:30 am. Then, they ""Marked our accout as closed"" so I'm having to fight for a refund. We got lucky, the other girl at their desk was told after waiting 2 hours that it was past their 2 hour limit so now they didn't even have to come get her. She said her transportation budget had gone to Super Shuttle for the reservation so, because it takes them a week or two for a refund, as we walked out, she was sleeping at the airport until the buses started running again at 6 am. \r\n\r\nEven when I called the next day to follow up on the refund request the customer service reps were so horrible and rude. I know at my job, if we ever made an agreement with a client and just didn't follow through, we would be extremely apologetic and try to make it up to them. Terrible business practices.\r\n\r\nAlso, while we were waiting at the airport for hours, we talked to a few of the ground transportation works who informed us SS only actually shows up like 85% of the time, and very rarely on time. It was a sensitive issue for them, and they were more than happy to volunteer names and phone numbers for contacts at the Airport transportation board and city public transportation commission. I have also never complained before, but you better believe I'm pursuing this one.\r\n\r\n\r\nBasically, WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. You'll probably end up taking a taxi home anyway, so don't waste extra money, time and stress dealing with this awful company.

However, we got great service and excellent results.\r\n\r\nAt the airport, we were told that our shuttle would be available in about 1/2 hour. It arrived as scheduled and left for our destination within 15 minutes. There was one other passenger. The driver got us to our destination within an hour which is excellent time for the 40+ mile trip.\r\n\r\nThe day before we were due to return, we received a call from Super Shuttle confirming out reservation and expected pick up time. The morning of our scheduled departure, we recieved a call on our cell phone saying the driver would be there in about 4 minutes. The van picked up passengers at 3 additional sites and still arrived at the airport 10 minutes ahead of the projected time.\r\n\r\nA really great experience. \r\n\r\nVery unlike what most of the other reviews described. I hope that this is the kind of service that Super Shuttle will continue to provide.

No problem so I set my alarm at 3:00am and in the shower since i am already packed. 15 minutes later I check my voice mail and I hear a message that the van was 15 minutes from the house...what??? I reserved round trip travel to/from my house and DEN. I?ve never used airport shuttle services before, and was looking forward to an easy, organized and stress-free ride. Unfortunately, SS turned the first few hours of my vacation and the last few hours of my vacation into a difficult, chaotic and stressful time.\r\n\r\nI requested pickup in the window of 3:10-3:25. On the instructions SS reminds the customer they must be ready and waiting at exactly 3:10. At 3:30, no van. At 3:45, no van. We called SS, waited on hold for a while, and they insisted a van would be at our house in ?6 minutes.? At that time, we requested a credit or a discount for their late arrival time. SS refused. We then asked that at least the $5 tip could be refunded, but SS refused. They did, however, claim that they would reimburse us for the cost of our flight if we missed the flight. At 4:10, the van arrived. Per the driver, he had just been called/dispatched, and had no idea that we were upset or in a rush to make our flight. We arrived at the airport on time, but only after a white-knuckled, all out, pedal-to-the-metal race to the airport.\r\n\r\nAfter arriving back in Denver after our vacation, we followed directions, checked in with SS, received a ticket, and waited for our van. We had an oversized bag with a surfboard in it, and the driver first told us we would have to pay an extra $10. We argued that it was the same as golf clubs or skiis, but he walked off and made a call. Upon returning, he told us that he would charge an additional $150 to carry the oversized surf bag! Another van operator from a different company overheard our disagreement and offered to take us home for $35 cash, and we agreed. I went back in the airport to the SS counter to get a refund. The man did process my $36.50 refund promptly, but when asked about the $150 surf bag charge, he said ?We don?t have any control over what the drivers say or do or charge. They own their own vans and are independent contractors.?

THis compnay is very rude- the customer service was chewing gum and making a reservation at the same time- i was wondering if i was calling a jail house. POOR customer service. i wouldnt recommend it to my guest of my hotel.

Super Shuttle Denver is a good shuttle service overall. The prices are fair and the drivers are usually safe & courteous, and get you to your destination in one piece. But I do have 2 gripes. If you call the 800 number, the recorded voice message will tell you that you don't have to make reservations from the airport. The 2 times that I didn't make reservations, I had to find a different way home, because Super Shuttle didn't have any vans available. So ALWAYS make reservations!!! Second gripe, and this has been happening more frequently, sometimes you will have to wait inside a van for up to 45 minutes, while the driver is trying to fill the van, waiting on other passengers. This may just be at DIA, because I know that when I ride Super Shuttle in Dallas (DFW), they can only wait a maximum of 20 minutes at the airport after the first passenger gets on board.
