Parking is a disgrace.

by Michael T. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 306

I had bought tickets to see the "O" show and went through 6 levels of parking garage and could not find a single parking spot. On top of that, the valet was completely full and I even offered to tip those guys $20.00 to park my car and they wouldn't do it. Because of this I had to miss the show and had a hell of a time getting my money back. They should add more parking.

Super-Nice Hotel

by Lauren M. | top100 Top100 | Rank: 100

I've stayed here a few times with friends and was impressed
each time.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is good as well. Amazingly
they frequently have online specials. One of my friends has signed up for emails from them and when they offer discounts it's time for a road trip-

Sometimes they have really good deals !

I asked for a Picnic Basket for Christmas..

by Michael M.

...because I enjoy the Fountains at Bellagio, and the hotel's atmosphere so much that the next time I go to Vegas, I am packing a lunch and sitting at the fountain from Noon until 6pm to catch every show!

WOW!!!!!

by M G. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 344

I have never stayed at a hotel this nice!!!! What a delight. I got a good deal (comparatively speaking) so it is not completely out of the avg persons price range. Everything about it is upper class. The casino is HUGE, and the slots are fairly loose. I really enjoyed my stay.

Spectacular

by Elizabeth L. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 3,369

My daughters and I had the good fortune to spend a weekend in this beautiful hotel. The architecture and decor make this a unique place to visit. As you walk through the lobby you can enjoy the glass blown flowers that hang from the ceiling and then walk through the atrium where fresh plants and flowers grow all year long...breathtaking. Our room was fantastic and we especially loved the bathroom. It was HUGE! We loved the terry cloth robes.

Wonderful Show

O, the Cirque De Soliel at the Bellagio is a wonderful show. It is amazing to see. There is so much going on upon the stage you don't know where to look first. The show is so well coordinated and the timing of everyone is perfection. If you only see one show in Vegas see this one.

wonderful hotel

I've been in Vegas several times and stayed in several hotels. However, Bellagio is probably the most comfortable and nicest hotel. The room is huge and clean. The view is good, too. You can watch the famous fountain show through the window in the night. The whole hotel makes you feel that you are staying in a wonderful place. If you like gambling, there are lots of choices here. You'll never regret staying in Bellagio.

by Angelica Y. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 11,946

I never stayed at the hotel but went into the casino and watched the amazing show of water fountains. The view of the water fountain is amazing. The water just dances just like they show on those hollywood movies. You don't have to pay anything to see the fountains either.

Elegant and fabulous

There is so much to do and see at the Bellagio. Home to "O" by Cirque du soliel, a truly FABULOUS show, and to the famous Bellagio gardens and buffet, you have to check it out. The shopping is fantastic, too! Plan on dropping some money though. There are also great restaurants and gambling on the premises, and it is right on the Las Vegas strip. Be sure to check out the water show, set to music, right outside the Bellagio. You won't want to miss it!

Bellagio

by Niccholas M. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 4,806

The Bellagio (which was actually featured on Oceans Eleven) is extravagant. I think the room rates are pretty affordable, especially for a five star hotel. I stayed in a lake side room and found it very nice. Great views. The food here was delicious, but a little overpriced. The hotel seemed to be rather crowded, that was the only down side.

Everything it's supposed to be

by Steve T. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 9,474

This casino definitely lives up to its name. It's worth a visit, even if you're just strolling through. The lights show is a must see in the evening. You won't be disappointed. The casino has a really nice poker room. If you're looking to play some hold 'em or other kind of poker, go here. They have a flat buy-in, and it's as nice atmosphere.

I can't find anything bad about this hotel

by Robert C. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 7,704

This hotel is genuinely represents the essence of Las Vegas. In addition to the crowded casinos and buffets, it has its own array of shops and restaurants along with its own water show on the front lawn. The water show is famed for the sprouting spouts of water that are in sync with the accompanying music. The Bellagio may not be the best hotel for kids, but it provides endless fun for adults. It is on the Las Vegas strip, making it easy to access any other points of interest. The service is wonderful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. A stay at the Bellagio is truly like staying at a home away from home.

This is what a hotel should be! I was invited to stay at the Bellagio from my company and this was one of the best trip I've ever taken. The fountain was spectacular with all the movements that was coordinated precisely by the computer. It's a show by itself! They even have a garden that was just incredible. The pool area was awesome too. Felt like you were in a mini village in Italy. They also have entertainment shows at night ("O") and shopping and resturants. You can literally spend your entire trip at this hotel.

Wow is a word that could describe this place. The price to stay at Bellagio is steep. If you cannot afford to stay here I recommend at least walking through here. This place is very artsy. The tiles and the flooring are beautiful. You will feel like you have stepped into a castle. They have a stunning atrium/garden area that you have to see to believe. There is also great artwork to see. Walk through the place and see how beautiful it is.
Also, check out the water show in the front of the Bellagio. It plays every 15 minutes and it is free. It is one of the best things to see in Vegas.

This casino is stunning. But I spend less time in the actual casino than in the buffet -- wow!

One of the best buffets in Las Vegas, they had everything from sushi to steak to lobster. Amazing food -- and while it was pricey, it was worth every penny. I'll be back at the Bellagio buffet again, you can count on that.

Lives up to it's reputation!

by Vicki S. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,901

What is there that's bad about Bellagio? Other than the continual stream of tourists going through and sometimes blocking the aisles, it's really a wonderful place to stay. The price tag is very, very steep but this is a 5 star resort and it acts like one. Beautiful hand-laid tile floors, artwork everywhere, high-end stores and restaurants. The rooms in the original hotel have been renovated and are clean and new -- be sure to get a room with a view of the lake.

PROS: Everything.
CONS: Everything is expensive -- right down to the orange juice.

Fantastico!

by T. N. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 4,308

I recently stayed at the Bellagio for a few nights with my wife. We booked a deluxe room directly through the Bellagio website at $159/night. Our deluxe room was on the 7th floor and overlooked the pool area. The pool area is very nice, but the water is extremely cold. There were plenty of chairs and different pools. It never seemed overly crowded. Our room itself was very nicely appointed with an EXTREMELY soft king sized bed, desk and two chairs, bathrobes, and the best drapery system I have ever seen in any hotel. The drapes are on a switch system. Next to the bed, on the wall, is a switch which allows you to open and close the drapes and/or sheers with the push of a button. The bathroom had a nice sized tub, separate glassed in shower, and granite counter top sink. There was also a scale. My only wish is that the hotel would have provided some bubble bath. I had to use some shampoo to put bubbles in the bath. The service we received was great. Check-in was quick and easy. We both forgot our toothbrushes and the housekeeping staff was quick to bring us two toothbrushes and some toothpaste within 5 minutes of my call. Housekeeping does come around early, as I heard from other guests. Luckily we had the privacy sign on the door so we were not disturbed. At night housekeeping will come in to turn down your bed and leave you with some chocolates.

Best place to stay

by harshil p. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 3,529

I like this resort because if you got the money and know what you want it can be had. The place is really clean that is the most important thing to me, I have stayed at places that claim 5 star but are not worth a dime. sure this place is pretty expensive especially the suites. The only bad thing is you got to walk through the casino to get to guest elevators they should have planned things better. The food is pretty top notch as you can get. Overall worth the experience

The Bellagio is one of the finest hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. The rooms are luxurious, and every bathroom has a giant tub! Everything about the Bellagio is luxurious: the lobby with its glass sculpture ceiling, the spa, and the buffet to name a few. The room service menu is also excellent, especially the desserts.

My Favorite Las Vegas Hotel

by Carleen K. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,670

This has remained a favorite of mine for many years, even though I only got to stay here once, and only because it was free due to a friend's hook-ups. The rooms were really luxurious, esp. their bathrooms, which had both a separate spa-like tub and shower. The buffet is still the best one in Vegas, although quite pricey. They have a lovely garden that they change every season.

Still the Best

by Thomas B.

I have also been to the new Wynn and can report the Bellagio is still #1 is Las Vegas.

The new Wynn does not have the grand scale of the Bellagio. It lacks the granduar of the Bellagio lake and dancing fountains which are spectacular.

The Bellagio has the best garden on the strip, It's lobby/registration area with it;s glass butterfly ceiling is an attraction by itself that many people overlook.

The Buffet is as good as it gets.

by Diana L. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,076

The Bellagio is located in the heart of the strip. It's fairly new, so the rooms are really nice and clean. The restaurants are 5 star quality with 5 star prices. The buffet is pricey, but definitely one of the best in town. Don't miss the atrium right next to the front desk. They change their display almost monthly. There is also great shopping at the property, and you can also walk across the street to the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, which has like they do on Rodeo Drive.

The Bellagio Buffet is a sight to behold. The smells are incredible and the tastes are out of this world. This is truly a World Class buffet. Everything is fresh and the ingredients are top notch. This is not your local casino buffet. This is fine dining! The coffe is awesome as well, and I won't even start on the desserts...HEAVEN! Disappointing Show!!!

by lovetotravelwoman

I've travelled all of the world and have seen all of the Cirque du Soleil shows

If you want to see some good Cirque du Soleil shows, then don't go and see "O". There are plenty of other options!!

I felt like I was watching an "Ethel Merman" movie from the 60's!!!

Just say "NO" to "O"!!

Magickal theatre

by cariad

Cirque du Soleil has created something here that has never been seen or experienced anywhere - a water show where you can see Olympians hone their crafts to become Circus artists - in the water! This is not a show for kids. This is not a show for those easily impressed with typical Vegas strip acts such as those found in nearly every lounge in town. "O" is a spectacle of elemental and mythological dreamwork - it is darker than "Mystere" and not as forcused on the music as "Love" - it is it's own marvelous magickal creation. The musicians and artists in the show manage to do their acts every day twice a day every day five days a week and rehearsals - imagine what stamina that takes! I have seen this show several times over the years and can say without a doubt this is THE best show on the Strip. There are acts in this show that will not be seen anywhere and that will steal your breath and leave you longing for more. I did read another review that said that it is too long - all shows on the Strip are 90 minutes long, "O" is no exception. The costumes, the makeup, the sheer theatrical scope of this show are mind-blowing. The service of the staff from the ushers to the office staff is constantly top notch.
The prices are up there, however that is dictated by the Bellagio and not by Cirque du Soleil - they went way up after Celine Dion brought her show to town with $200 + tickets. If you want the ordinary, by all means, go see another show on the Strip or off - but if you want to see something that you will never see anywhere else ever - if you want to see magnificent acrobatic work and synchronized swimming as well as brilliant music, "O" is your show. It is a show about dreams coming true.....dreams that may start off a bit dark and odd but in the end are everything you would have them be and so much more. Friendship and pure love. How the creators of this show managed to capture this, I will never know, but they did. Well done to them!

Pros: Brilliant staff, magnificent artistry, misic is the best of any Show I have seen

Cons: no bathroom breaks - it is a water show after all

Wow!!

by chrissynicegirl

I saw 'O' for the first time last week. It was my first time seeing a Cirque du Solei show. It was fabulous! We were sitting on the edge of our seats the whole entire time. The stage was amazing the way it turned into deep diving pool, a shallow pool etc. The diving and acrobatics were phenominal. It is so hard to translate this performance into words! It was AMAZING and worth every penny! We sat in the cheap seats...the farthest seat from the stage in the upper balcony. It was hard to see at times, especially when the performers move off the stage and into the audience. I think it would be worth spending the extra money to get seats closer to the stage. Overall, this performance was breathtaking. I hightly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

11 of us went to the "O" show 8 Adults and 3 Children ages 10 & 11. The show was too long and the kids had a hard time staying awake. Out of 11 of us only 3 people thought is was worth the $165.00 per ticket. That means 8 thumbs down for this show. If you feel the need to see it, I recommend the cheapest seats because it really doesn't matter where you sit and save yourself some money.

Amazing feats

by pokerplayer1234

I saw this show during my March visit and it's worth the money. However, I have to say that the only other Cirque show I've ever seen was Love, and that was the night before. Compared to the Love show, the O show seemed a little slow and boring. Don't get me wrong, the theatrics and stunts were still breathtaking, but it was just on the slow side relatively speaking. If you're trying to decide between the two, I'd definitely recommend Love over O.

Pros: Amazing theatrics and stunts

Cons: a little on the slow side, especially compared to Cirque's Love.

Surprisingly Excellent...

by mildlyamusing

To be fair, the last time I saw a Cirque show it was in NYC and I was 10...i didn't appreciate it. Things have certainly changed. To call the show visually impressive is a massive understatement. It was easily one of the coolest things I've ever seen. The stage/pool moved seamlessly throughout each act. The performers were terrific, especially the divers and trapeeze girl...and I still can't figure out how they did the fire thing. The only real downside were the clowns...i didn't find them particularly funny or necessary. I would definitely recommend putting it on the "to do" list for your Vegas vacation.

Pros: visually stunning acrobatics

Cons: kind of expensive

Expensive but worth it

by rmh66

I brought two friends to O, and after the show they couldn't stop talking about it. Some of the effects are extremely cool (I'm still not entirely sure how they did some of them). Great acrobatics. The theatre itself is really amazing (as far as the stage/pool goes), though I would say that Le Reve's venue is better.

There seems to be a lot of comparison between O and Le Reve as the some of the show elements are similar. I would say see both. They are both worth the money.

Pros: Great show, music, stage

top three cirques in the world!

by 310valleygirl

this is one of the top three best cirque shows in the world!! trust me, i've flown to spain and france just to see the others. ...o is a water show. know that you can get wet if you sit too close to the performance. ...yes, this includes the balcony, as some performers may wander.

A bargain

by blondewonder

We spent $93 apiece on tickets to sit in the second row of the center balcony. A *tiny* portion of my husband's view was obstructed by the guardrail. The balcony is really the way to go with this show. The entire time (except for the intermission act of clowns) I marveled at the choreography, the special effects, and the athleticism of the performers - they were all Olympic-caliber divers, gymnasts, and sychronized swimmers. Looking back, I would have spent triple the amount I did for this show - it was the highlight of our Vegas vacation. The *only* con was the crowd - many late arrivals, people munching on popcorn like they're at the local cineplex, and tons of children, even at the 10:30 PM show!!! O isn't overtly sexual, but definitely erotic and at times scary. It's way too mature for children.

Pros: Cheap seats, Awe-inspiring, Unique

Cons: The crowd
