The Sonci Drive-In in Guntersville, Al has left a sour taste in our mouths. This review is written in reference to TKT # 68, ordered at 12:37:01 PM on 10-10-10. 2ea burgers + 2 each tatertots + 2 ea drinks (or Menu Special #1). total price $10.56.
We did not receive our tater tots with our order. We discovered this after driving home and setting down to eat. It is a 12 mile drive from the Sonic on Gunter Ave. to our home near Morgan City, so, driving back for the tots was out of the question. I tried to call the store and speak to the Mgr. (Mike Johnson) at ph # 877-807-2710, but it appears that they leave this phone off the hook for it has been "busy" for some 35 minutes now. We are very unhappy with this Store and WILL NOT patronize it again. Please DO NOT send me any kind of coupon or such, we simply aren't interested in returning to any Sonic any time soon. Your click a star to select a rating section should include the option of "0" stars, for that is the rating the Sonic on Gunter Ave. deserves. Even the burgers were cold and overcooked and there was no lettuce at all on either burger. Thank goodness the drinks were at least correct (1-coke & 1-diet coke) for they were the ONLY thing we enjoyed about our experience today.
