Summer Drama Camp

We sent my little cousin to Summer Drama Camp beacsue she has visions of becoming a "premiere actress" one day. (those are her exact words). She absolutely loved it. She came back home raving about all the new techniques and styles that she learned. They helped to bring out more of her creative side. The summer camp is moderately priced. (cheaper than some of the orther camps around) I liked it because it just wasn't a time to just play, but if you are into the arts, you can really learn something and at the same time have fun.

If your kids are the creative type or are maybe a bit introspective but still have a creative streak this is a great camp. If your kids are not into the arts then I would not recommend it. One of my kids loved it and the other thought it was just a slick way to send him to summer school with out teachers. For the One that loved it was a great opportunity to really explore some of his talents they were able to write, stage and perform in their own play and the kids had a great time. So to sum up I definitely recommend the camp for kids with an interest in drama or the arts. It is a really great experience.

This is a great camp for kids who are into theatre or into doing something creative. Its a nice alternative to many of the sleepaway camps where kids just run around and play games and stuff- this is actually an opportunity for them to indulge their creativety and work on acting skills. Its reasonably priced- although summer camps are never cheap- but comporable to what you'd pay for any other camp. I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you have dramatically inclined kids.
