I own an E55 AMG and have been through so much with my car. I have spent over $6,000 fixing it after buying it 5 months ago. The last time I went to Barrier Mercedes for my brakes they quoted me 800 and turned around after the work was done and said they had made a mistake and it was actually $1400!! NOT COOL!! 3 days later my car broke down and I was determined to find a new garage i could call home... After reading these reviews I took my car to Adam. I was not disappointed. He worked with me around my work schedule and the service was amazing. He quoted me correctly, AND went above and beyond. I am SO impressed. For fun I decided to call Barrier and ask how much it would be to do the exact same work that Mercedez Garage did for me. My jaw hit the floor when they said it would be DOUBLE what I paid!!! This is the first review I have ever written for a company Mercedes Garage truly deserves it!!! Adam you have a customer for life with me AND I am telling ANYONE and EVERYONE I can about you guys!! My car not only runs like brand new but it is soo much faster and you made it pretty ;) TRULY THE BEST!!! :) THANK YOU!!!!

I own a 2000 E55 AMG and have been through so much with my car. I have spent over $6,000 fixing it after buying it 5 months ago. Nothing but good words about the Mercedes Garage. Reliable, hi quality and do not charge for marble entry - just for the car repair/maintenance. Adam is looking after 2 of my cars (E430 and ML420) for years, and it's been as painless as it gets.

I will tell you only one thing about Mercedes Garage - I will ALWAYS come back here to have my car worked on. Adam is the most honest mechanic I have ever met! He tells it to you straight and will always come up with options and recommendations.

I have an '01 C320 and brought it in for the Service B. My car was doing some funny things and after I brought it in, he told me it needed more than the "Service B". I gave him my budget of $450 + Tax and he said he will do the best he can. He finished my car a full day early and my total was $389 + Tax. I mean, honestly, when you tell a mechanic your budget is $450 - he's going to use all of it. I was so surprised and happy. He changed all of my burned out lamps, as well as a TON of other things just to be nice.

I cannot tell you how SATISFIED I am with the Mercedes Garage!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE - THIS IS THE ONLY SHOP TO GO!!!

Also, he is the most competitively priced garage in the area - I don't know how he does it...maybe because he has so much repeat and referral clients. I guarantee you will never bring your Mercedes-Benz anywhere else ever again!

Adam, is a true pro from the initial phone call to the exceptional delivery of our 78 280C. We had a basic transmission service and Mercedes Benz Garage exceeded expectations they even washed our car. We are going to do all our service with Adam! thanks again

I came to Adam a little over 3 years ago with my first Mercedes, not knowing the maintanence they truly require. Adam blew me away time after time with how incredibly nice, professional, and down to earth he was. As a girl I have to tell you I am slightly afraid of going to car mechanics, mainly because I know nothing about cars, nor do I want to get ripped off. He stayed after hours to fix my car, always was honest with me, didnt over-charge me and genuinely made me feel welcome in his shop. He is well respected around the eastside and he is as well. I would given him above 5 stars if I could have.

My 2002 car had oil leaking to O sensor problem. I went to Barrier Motor of Bellevue first. They charged me over $400 for estimate and would charge me over $2000 for fixing it. They were very un-professional and can't answer the techincal questions. So, after reading the reviews for this site, I went to Mercedes Garage. Adam fixed my car with less than $500. Adam and his team are very knowledgeable with super experiences for Mercede cars.

With Barrier, I thought about selling my car. Now, I like to keep it as I found Mercedes Garage. A trusted place I will recommend to any one.

best car dealership i have ever used. i love their policy- if you bought your lexus or have it serviced there you get free car washes and a VIP status. always very helpful and courteous

Today I left my SLK 230 in for its first service at the Mercedes Garage. Previously I had been going to a non Mercedes garage and found it difficult to get a good service done. I read great reviews and figured I would give Adam a try.
I was very impressed - my car has come back shiny and like new! Great care taken on all the items I asked to be taken care of and superb attention to detail, all the while being cost conscious and only doing work that was required. for example, I need an antennae and mentioned to Adam that the previous garage had given me an astronomical quote for one, he said it is expensive but he'd take a look. He has ordered (but not charged me) 1 Mercedes Antennae part and thinks he may be able to make it work when it arrives in stock.
The service itself cost $350 for full service, the next service for oil change etc is $89. This is really great value for a great service.

I am now back loving my car again, given recent wear & tear and some things that needed fixing - I wasnt so happy with it and had been considering changing. After today it really feels like new again!

Mercedes Garage, The "Gold Standard" in Bellevue, Washington. Adam at the Mercedes Garage deserves a much higher rating than Five Stars, but that was as high as I could go here. Of course I want to thank Adam at the Mercedes Garage in Bellevue, Washington for his excellent, outstanding, extremely skilled service on my 1977 Mercedes Benz. But more importantly, I want to compliment Adam on having a business that he can be extremely proud of. Adam, would do well in any business endeavor.

In everyone?s life, there are three things that are essential. This includes having a great doctor, having a great dentist and having a great mechanic. Unfortunately most people, like myself, can?t (or I now should say couldn?t) find a great mechanic. After getting my car serviced at the Mercedes Garage I finally found the rite mechanic.

Adam is extremely professional and most importantly knowledgeable about all Mercedes models. His shop is extremely clean and all of his employee?s are extremely courteous. I waited at the shop as the service to my car was completed and Adam even bought me lunch as I waited. Even better than this, he completed the repairs for literally $100?s of dollars less than what Barrier was going to charge me. To top it off my car was hand washed before I was able to drive it home. I have never experienced such a great repair shop in my life.

IF YOU DRIVE A MERCEDES PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BRING IT TO THE MERCEDES GARAGE!!!

We bought a used ML320 from Barrier Motors. The Purchase was fine - but service was everything but. We would have regular Maintenance done - and did not get all of the parts back that the car came in with - I don't mean replacement parts - I mean, car mats, change holders that kind of thing. Our last experience with the dealer had them accusing us of not bringing car mats in with the car when they got us our car back without the mats, and charging us for fixing something they never fixed. We will never be back - and suggest you not go either.

In comes Mercedes Garage and Adam. He has a great shop, itemizes the work that needs to be done, gives you recommendations on what needs to be done and what can wait - but to mindful of in the future. He tells you when he will be in touch with you and keeps to his estimates even when he does more that he said he would do. I can not recommend working with Adam or Mercedes Garage enough. You are doing yourself a disservice if you have a Mercedes and are not working Adam.

Save money and work with a true professional, your car and your wallet will thank you!

We have owned older Mercedes for 20 years, and done lots of work ourselves, but sometimes we just want to take a car in for repair. We have been to a number of local repair shops and dealers with mixed results. But now that we've found the Mercedes Garage, I'll never wonder where to go again. Adam is awesome, really knows Merecedes, and wants to send every car and owner home happy. The shop is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. He was a little longer finishing our engine work than we had planned, but we had told him that we were not in a hurry, so really, he had no deadline. But then he did a bunch more work on our car than he charged us for as compensation for being late. We have gone back for other work, and have always been very happy. Go see Adam, you won't be sorry.

I have now taken both 2001 S430 and 2005 SL500 (today) to Adam's Mercedes Garage for the regular "A" and "B" services. You won't be disappointed as Adam takes the time to explain all work done in details and his list of service items exceeds that from the dealer near-by. And the price cannot be beat. The service is great and the work done on time with the car washed and tires dressed shiny. I highly recommend Adam at Mercedes Garage; it is nothing like being able to work directly with the owner of the biz who will take care of you MB's.

I have taken my 98 E300 to 3 different mercedes service centers over the past 3 years: two dealerships and one independent. Adam's Mercedes Garage is by far the best I've come across. He reviewed all my issues, which included the window controls not working, lights flickering, a (previous) poor oil change service... and he repaired all the issues well within the promised time. He also noticed issues that I had forgotten about and suggested simple and inexpensive solutions. He is a congenial and unassuming professional who gives you the straight goods and gets the job done.

I have been taking my E320 to Adam at Mercedes Garage since they opened a few years ago. I have experienced nothing but top notch service. My bill is literally 50%-75% less than i paid at the dealer with zero difference in quality. Adam takes the time to explain everything to me in a way i can understand and never tries to sell me something I don't need.

very informative and helpful. Realistic prices versus the dealership and went the extra mile to make me satisfied. They actually gave me a ride to work after I dropped my car off and finished my car early. even had it cleaned and washed - excellent services - highly recommended!!

You talk directly to the owner, Adam, and he's a great guy and does great work.

Several months after my last service I had left the 1986 Mercedes sitting untouched for about 8 weeks and it wouldn't crank anymore. I could get it to start but only with a jump. I thought I might need a new battery. Instead, I could take it in on a Saturday and wait for Adam to check it out. He gave it a quick charge, said the electrical system was fine, charging OK, and also fixed an interior warning light, all while I waited and at no charge.

He also gave me good advice about how to prevent the problem in the future, as I had to store the car for a while before shipping it to my wife in California.

I can't recommend this guy more highly. He makes getting your car fixed a pleasant experience.

Very qualified and pleasant to work with. The shop manager Adam went out of his way to make sure I knew what and why repairs were being made He also made recommendations that saved me money and was open about the options regarding the nedded reapirs. B service $349.00. Rear brakes and rotors $385.00. CAr was washed when returned. I will use them again!

Adam not only fixed my mercedes, he also spent time explaining what else needed to be done in the future. The showroom is clean and professional in appearance. All work that i have had done has been in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

I usually don't write reviews, but after having two great experiences at the Mercedes Garage I thought I would let them know what a great job they are doing. I was going to sell my Mercedes until I met Adam at the Mercedes Garage. After getting my Mercedes all fixed up it reminds me why I bought the car and how much I still love it.

I stopped in there the other day to have a few things looked at on my Mercedes. I was amazed what a nice place it was. When you think of a garage you think of a small place, but this place is huge and well though out. The prices very resonable, something that you never find when going to the dealer. I will bring my 2002 SL 500 in to the Mercedes Garage for all of its repairs and service work. Especially after having numerous problems going to my local dealer.
