My girlfriend went to Fred Loya Insurance because she thought she could save money over All State. She was paying approximately $550 every 6 months so she was thrilled when Ricardo cut her payments down to $224 every 6 months. This policy was in place for over 2 years. Now that I'm in the picture i discovered that the way RICARDO saved her so much money was by providing her less coverage. Basically he DID NOT give her Collision and Comprehensive. Essentially making her vehicle not covered if she was in an accident and she was at fault. WTF?

When we confronted them the representative said they only give the customer what they want and then she read that she had provide RICARDO with a Declaration page and that is what he was working off and not giving the customer what they asked for. On top of everything else there seem to have been a $12 recurring billing fee and a $50 cancellation fee. Not to mention when you ad the collision and comprehensive coverage they are in fact more expensive then All State.

THESE GUY SUCK in every way. One last thing you can not add to the insurance, change your insurance or do anything unless you go in to the office How dumb is that? Have they heard of the Internet?
