WORST OFFICE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Dr. Garcia used to be a great doctor till she joined this office!! She is no longer that way!! Her nurse Judy left a rude message on my machine and when I complained about it I got x out of the clinic for I dont know what reason. The front office is the same way the girls are unfriendly and the office manager is the worst of all. But it is ok at this office. For some reason they dont think they need the business. So if you ever have a complaint and want to keep going to this office you better not complain. Oh and dont ever ask for help from your doctor she'll stab you in the back!!

It is a good thing I don't have to deal with the office staff all that much... cause they are SO HORRIBLE. However, the Doctors at Box Canyon are a different story. I have been a patient of Dr Elena Garcia for over 4 years... she is the BEST doctor I have ever had. I followed her to Box Canyon... I try to keep my conversations with the front office as short as possible so I do not get frustrated... because they are so rude and blah. Other Doctors at the office I hear good things about too... just the front office staff is bad.

Have heard rave reviews about the doctors, but get rid of the front end staff or train them better to be respectful of client's schedules. The most money hungry Primary Care office in Las Vegas!

They only care about money!!! The office staff isn't so bad but the assistants to the physicians and pa's are terrible...

I am a Medicaid/Medicare Patient living on a fixed income. I do not have a car and have to catch rides or the bus. They make me go back every month rather than giving me refills for everything just so they can bill Medicaid.

The wait time is totally ridiculous. I will NEVER go back! Good Riddance!

I must commend this practice in all areas I experienced. The scheduler was concise and friendly. The front office girls were also cordial, spite being very busy. They were doing many things at the same time, but able to keep things straight and moving. The doctors nurse was friendly and knowledgeable as well as I received complete satisfaction from the provider I saw that day. My several visits since, have been always consistent. A great choice!

I have seen Angie and AnnMarie and neither can get the labs right. Angie sent my inhouse labs to the wrong lab for my insurance so they won't pay the $864.15. And AnnMarie ran a VAP cholestoral on my husband and me 3 different times before we got a bill. My insurance won't pay that either as there are cheaper cholesterol tests. I have been bill $244 3 times now for each of them. AnnMarie said she loved these tests as they are so definitive and BCBS always covered them. (As in the past) She nor her staff got approval for these tests and guess who gets the bill? Merry Christmas to us! By the way, my husband has had pneumonia the past month and we got him treated at UMC quick care. They don't pretend to care but you get treated and done with them. No boutique medicine here. By the way, I have already spend $450 for diet help from AnnMarie. You think the least she could do is check to see if that VAP test was covered. Just good business sense. Guess who is getting a new provider?

This man and his staff only care about bringing in the bucks! None of the people, including the Dr., care about the patients at all. When notified that my mom had passed away after being under his care(and I use that term lightly), for over 10 years his office staff was rude and his nurse left a voice mail for me that was extremely offensive. I never heard from Roth. When she saw him for the problems she was experiencing, he downplayed everything and was extremely condescending to her. When she asked him about it he started telling her his problems. She passed away within 2 weeks of seeing him for what I know now was the last time--and yet he didn't notice anything alarming about her health. This was a woman who went from an outgoing, vital woman to a woman who could barely get out of bed. Beware of this man and his staff!!

My mother's problems began when he put her in the hospital and then never could be bothered to do any follow up with her. While he might be okay if your health in general is good, he is absolutely no good in a crisis. Like I said, his nurse was rude and contrite when I called from Minnesota asking for help. No one would let me talk to Roth directly, but I got the impression that he didn't want to talk to me either. A surgeon who treated her months earlier recognized a problem immediatley when he saw her 2 weeks before her death. Roth dismissed her ailments. Avoid him and his staff.

Over the past ten years, I as well as my spouse have been treated by Dr. Robert Roth for our medical needs. We feel these ten years justify this comprehensive review. Although Dr. Roth initially comes across a bit stern as does his staff, it is only momentarily mistaken due to the shear intensity by which the entire facility addresses each issue they handle. Dr. Roth will always remain our provider as we believe he is the best medical provider in this state. He is very dedicated to his profession and a stickler to a topic.We have also found each employee we have dealt with has been extremely capable and once you know them, warm and caring. There is not one person there that is not willing to help you. Over these past years we have had to speak with just about each department person and each person has been nothing short of extremely helpful. Dr. Roth surrounds himself with bright, charming, polite, and professional staff. This is a business office, and yes, there have been times when we have been there when patients have given the staff a difficult time or two, but through it all the staff remained firm but professional. If anyone has a bad experience there, I would think that they would have a bad experience no matter where they go. This office has a mix of people that work well together. It is apparent in their interactions with each other. If you select this office I am sure you will not be disappointed. Happy, polite and respectful to each other spills over to the patients! Isn't that a prescription for a healthy atmosphere?

Worst front office I have ever expereinced. Does not return phonecall for at least 24 hours. Does not call in prescriptions. Does not cooperate with mail-in prescription plans and is rude to patients. By the time you actually see a doc you are so frustrated that the visit is pointless.

Every time my wife or I have made an appointment with this facility we have had to wait at least thirty minutes past our scheduled time before we were seen. I once had an apppointment for 0830 and was not seen until after 0900. How do you get that far behind when you have been open less than an hour? My wife went there today because she has a real bad cold. She waited for 45 minutes to be seen. The doctor improerly dated the prescription for 2006 instead of 2008. The pharmacy contacted the office to make them aware of this. Five hours later my wife called to ask what is taking so long. The nurse told her that the doctor would be calling the pharmacy when he was done with his clients for the day. That is the wrong answer. I am highly dissatisfied to the point that I will never do business with them again.

I have referred him to all of my friends with babies and he has taken every single one of them and treats them just as he does me. Recently, I was informed that my current physician does not except my health care, I called Dr. Calixto and he's not just a pediatrician, I can see him too! He's become my family doctor and has never let me down. From same day service to advise about my little ones, he always keeps me informed. Great staff too!
