I had a complaint about a change in the payment procedure at the gas station at the Kroger Store on Whiskey Road in Aiken. I utilized the Kroger Internet website to submit the complaint with the expectation that the complaint would never be acknowledged. SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!! Much to my amazement, the Manager of the Kroger Store in Aiken called me to explain why the payment procedure had been changed and to offer a solution to my problem. He was sincere and definitely was concerned about the reputation of his store and the satisfaction of his customers.
