I have been to many different Yoga studios all over San Diego and Four Seasons Yoga studio is by far one of my favorites! It is a very beautiful, warm and relaxing space to settle into, clear your mind, stretch and recharge. They offer the true traditional Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Hatha and Vinyasa style classes for all levels. It is easy to get to and they have great prices. To learn more check out the website to find the class schedule. They also offer corporate yoga and private instruction!

Best regards!

Pros: Ambience, parking, prices, teachers, traditional

I learned about four seasons before their grand opening; they offered some free classes to the public and I tried out one. I felt incredibly relaxed and my back felt better after that one class; they offer a multitude of different classes at different times, so they are very accomodating-- early morning, evenings, weekends, and at all levels as well. I thought the instructors were well-trained and one taught while the other walked around to move/mold us into the correct poses. Great place, loved it!
