I have been a member since 1995 and never has this gym been so poorly run. 50% of the cardio machines are not working at all for several months. They allow people to drop weights that are heavy enough to hurt someone, badly. If you register a complaint they just tell you that they hear your pain and are working on it. I would go to another gym if there was one around the area. It is the worst I have ever seen it since Club One took over. Forget your requests when something is wrong. Solana Beach member.

Frogs fitness is clean and does not smell like a normal gym. Everyone is very nice here and they have a great pool. I only went there to swim but it looked like a very nice place to work out.

Nice facility with knowledgeable staff. Not a real enthusiastic exerciser, however the staff will set up a routine that will work for you. I like that is has other options besides the standard free weights.

Because its now a main stream gym, it offers more one one guidence from their professional staff. Although they were not as friendly as I had hoped, they really stick to a good routine.

This place feels like a resort... it's got tennis and wonderful resort pool. Programs and classes. Tons of equipment with TVs. Towels and bathroom supplies. I've been very happy with this site.
