They will trash your car and not take responsibility for it. I took my truck there and the workers that were vacuuming the carpet ripped it by pushing to hard with the head of the vacuum. When i brought it to there attention they denied it. The manager told me it was my shoe. My shoe does not make a giant rip the length of the vacuum head. They scratched another of our cars by wiping the air hose in the past. will never take our cars there again. It will cost $300 to fix it and they will do nothing to help.

This place is great... They do everything my hand, no machines. They even let you drive your car through if you don't want others to drive it. This place does a lot of high-end cars. I drive out of there looking like I'm in a new car. It is a bit expensive if you are looking for a typical car wash.

Stole my money from my ashtray, and were rude when confronted by it! They told me that I should remove the money next time. I told them there will not be a next time.

This is one of only a couple places I trust with my classic cars short of a full personal detailer or myself. I think while the price is high in comparison to Delta Queen or other machine assisted washes, you get what you pay for in this case. They will do special request work ( no wire brushes on the rally wheels), wipe down under the hood area and trunk jams without hesitation. I have never had any money lifted as stated by one of other reviewers and I store change in the ashtray and usually have a few bills in the console area for tolls so the opportunity has been there every one of the mumerous times I've had my car done there over the last 5 years. I use them to do the base wash and cleanup before I detail for car shows so they do have a minimum standard that I expect going in and they have never failed to meet it with little or no prodding. From time to time they may need to do a little wipe here or a airblast there to clean something up but i've never had to have them reclean an entire area or section because they've done a subpar job to begin with. I can't say that about some other handwashes in the area.

This is a hand car wash. They then vaccumed the interior, wiped down the dash, and cleaned the windows. The car looked GREAT coming out of the wash, but it came at a high price. Just the wash alone cost $20. A complete detail was around $200! They did a great job, but at those rates, you can only do this once in a while.

A worker went into my closed compartments and stole my IPOD. I noticed immediately and complained. The manger forwarded me to Owner who never took my call or returned any of several messages. They do a decent job washing cars but need to screen employees better. I have not and will not go back. Do not leave anything in the car that you value.

This car wash is fantastic. Really good service and everyone there is super nice. They do the job very well and im always happy with my car. This car wash also has a very nice set up with beautiful koi fish to look at. Also stores right next to the Pacific car wash so very good location.
