This Costco (like all Costcos) is very busy. This one does not have a gas station like the ones on Senter in San Jose and the one in Sunnyvale near Kifer. This location does have an optometrist onsite, a bakery, an automotive dept. and a food stand.
Some items are good buys (with/without their coupons), some things you can do better at Target or WalMart. The customer service is okay.

I like to purchase many items in bulk at Costco because I save a lot of cash. I also enjoy looking at all the other items besides the food like clothing, movies, books, seasonal items, toys, garden supplies, etc. They get new things in all the time. I love how they have free samples at the end of every isle. I also like to get my photos developed during the hour I am shopping there. We get our tires here which includes free tire rotation for the life of the tires. I buy my prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses here. The food court is very affordable and convenient although the line is often very long. I also love their return policy.

We shop at Costco a lot. The quality of products we get for the price we pay is very good. They have awesome cuts of meat. We have bought many cakes from them - as the cakes are well decorated and tasty and reasonably priced. We have a large family so the large sizes work well for us.
PROS: good quality/price ratio
CONS: busy

I recently was required by one of my neighbor to get a membership here so I could buy food for a party I was hosting. I won't name names (DG). I have been back a few times after the party. Every time I go in to Costco it makes me think more and more that the human race will not be around for that much longer. Why in the world does anyone need to buy a case of canned chili and a gallon of mayonnaise.
I will give you that the prices are attractive.
While the French are strolling to their local market with there basket in hand, Americans are strolling the aisles of Costco trying to remember where they keep the double pack of Cheesits
