We bought a living room set and was attended to very nicely . They promised that the set will be ready in 2-3 weeks so we waited but we were so upset when we realized that they delivered the floor sample instead of a new one , we know coz my husband was smart enough to pick one or two flaws from floor sample. They apologized and claimed they did not know about it and that they will give us the new one in a week or two. It's sad but they need to straighten things out with management because at the end of the day they will be lossing clients from all these reviews.

They have sent out thousands of No Interests, No payment, No Credit Check, pay in a year flyers.. However, when you call them, the GM tells you differently. He needs to see the truth in advertising act, but when brought to his attention, he refused to see it and claimed he wrote that ad there is nothing wrong with it.
Note:
1. No expiration date
2. No bank info listed
3. Claims of No interest, Payments or credit check is not true.
(it is based on a credit score of 680 or above in order to qualify but no where on the ad on the flyer on on the ad sign at the store, does it state this.)

I purchased a bed room set at Prestige Furniture. The experience I had was extremeley good. I looked for this bed at several other furniture stores and Prestage furiture was the only store that had it in stock. They even matched the price of the bed room set from the other stores. I also had it delivered and they delivered it in a timely manner, in which I changed the address serveral times for the delivery, because I was buying a new house and the house was not ready when it was suppose to be. So I had to change the address for the delivery not one time, but twice. I was very pleased with their services. The owner Sam worked a great deal for me.

Bought a TV console there -- got a great deal, product I picked up was exactly what I bought. Told them my budget, they worked hard to find me the best in my price range. A bit leery because of the reviews, would recommend them if you can haggle with their prices. Ask for Tony.

We purchased a leather reclining sofa and 2 chairs on May 23. Were first told it would be delivered May 25th. Then there was damage to the sofa. Next promised delivery date the furniture was not in stock. Then we were told the 12th of June!!! We went to the store to cancel our order @ 15% re-stocking fee and was told by the owner they would not honor that on the contract nor deliver our furniture.THIS IS A CROCKED COMPANY!!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before purchase.T.Perry

After almost a month of waiting, as the last furniture is finally being delivered they scratched our expensive brand new hardwood floor. Sam Ali promised to have a floor company repair it, but after more than a month of following it up to him I just gave up. We should have gone to a more reputable store and saved us from the headaches.

This bussiness is a fraud and is run by totally unproffessional people (specially the owner Sam Ali). They tell you a bunch of lies, just to make the sale and then when they deliver you find out that they sent you the damaged floor model. Also they may lie about the material that the furniture is made of (leather when it is plastic). In summary,STAY AWAY from this place. Trust me, I can tell you from experience. Go to a more reputable bussiness like the Room Store or something like that.

I bought a breakfast table there; when we got home, two of the chairs had a piece missing. My husband took it back and they replaced the chairs for free and even put them together. I will be buying a new sofa there soon so hopefully it goes well. I dealt with the owner and he's very nice.

Their product sucks. They do not stand by what they sell. This is a sad sad situation. I am out of $2000.00 and stuck with junk.Houston we have a problem!!!!

I didn't have any problems with this company. I got approved for a good amount of credit- bought my king-size bed, sofa and dining table. The dining table was the only one like it in houston and it has a very unique look. Most of what they sell is Ashley Furniture-which is good quality for the money. Always do your homework on price, but I was happy with what I got- and I don't throw money- I look hard for good prices. Sorry that most people who wrote a review didn't have a good experience. Honestly, I'm going back to at least take a look at what they have. I intend to do business with them again.

After searching and comparing to all the furniture company all over town. I decided to buy from Prestige Furniture.

We bought a complete sets after moving to my new condo.
He offers me even an upgrade to some of the pieces on the set for almost nothing.

If you have a bad experience, escalate your case to the owner, he is very nice. He actually helped us a lot for being patient because of the place where I live was not easy to access.

I recommended so many of my friend as well, since I am very cool with the owner. I buy some arts decoration once in a while.

this company is BS. I bought the sofa, i paid the money by credit card. and later they cancelled order saying that they dont have the product in store house. very poor customer service. Anil or neal is working there . he is a BS. if you guys get even free, dont buy it. there might me lots of hidden charges.

Recently purchased a new three piece sectional from them, when they delivered the sectional (9 hours later than scheduled) one of the pieces was the damaged floor model. They didn't bother to call to let me know of the switch.. there claim, they thought we wanted the sectional immediately so as a courtesy they silently sent the damaged one. I, of course, did not accept the delivery and further attempts at getting the complete 3 piece sectional (new) resulted in loops of we have all three new pieces and will be scheduled for delivery tomorrow, yet when asked to view the pieces before being loaded into the delivery truck, they claimed only two of the pieces were new and the third one was the damaged floor model.

We asked for a full refund if they could not fulfill my order, and they said they would gladly refund my money, minus the re-stocking fee, even though they did not have the complete product in stock, nor did the product ever make it into my hands (to claim the reason for restocking fee). When I opened the complaint with the credit card company, the store owner said that if the credit card company refunded my money, they would send me a separate bill for the restocking fee, and threaten that he was a lawyer who has been in and out of court.

I then asked if I could purchase a different product (one they had in stock) and pay the difference which they agreed to. However, after asking the sales person, store manager, and store owner to verify the product was in stock, and all three agreeing it was in stock, they still delivered the floor model because they did not have the product in stock (bait and switch again) but did not mentioned anything about the switch, again. We found out because we paid close attention to all three pieces on the floor of the store and made notes of all the noticeable defects. When I called the store manager, he said he did not know of the switch, even though in an earlier conversation, he had mentioned he was watching them load the furniture as we spoke [on the phone].

It took over a month and a half to get the correct product, and only after the credit card company withheld the payment to them, and threaten to refund my money if Prestige Gallery did not return their calls or provide any paper work of the transaction.

Things went as far as the store manager telling my fiancee it was our fault that we did not have the furniture and all this wouldn't have occurred if we weren't so picky and hanging up on her.

Best advice, stay clear of this store. During the numerous visits to the store, I was not the only customer complaining about the store trying to give them the floor model when they purchased a new product.

Poor quality furniture, hidden policies, poor customer service and dishonest. Be extremely cautious when you are buying from this place; however, I would strongly recommend not to buy from here.
